  • Busy Bees is coming to San Diego

Busy Bees is an on demand babysitting app connecting vetted families with experienced, background checked, CPR certified babysitters. I love that Busy Bees is local and grows its customers by referral thru friends and family making it the safest, most reliable network. The company is local to Phoenix, AZ and recently announced its expansion to San Diego, CA this summer 2024! Busy Bees has sweetened the babysitting experience for both parents and sitters. Parents rely on the company’s in person interviews to attract reliable, exceptional childcare workers. Paired with its an easy to use app and ability to communicate with a Busy Bee team members both text or call makes for an impressive service parents in Phoenix rave about!

  • Fun and flexible job!

I am not recently started as a Bee as a second job and love the fun, easy, and accessible opportunities to earn some extra cash. I have connected with so many amazing families connecting with a variety of energetic and creative personalities. I have loved getting to meet all the fur babies each family has as well. Being able to quickly pick up a job through the app that works with my schedule is the most appealing part of joining. I add a job before work, after work, or on a day off and am easily able to see how far I am away. They only negative is as a babysitter for various families prior to Busy Bees it is clear they do not offer fair payment to their Bees in comparison to what families are paying the company. However families are typically very generous in adding an extra tip🍯. Overall love being a BEE but would love an increase of money in my pocket rather than the Queen Bees

  • best job for college students

Busy Bees app has made my college life a whole lot happier! It's super easy to use, and I can easily find babysitting gigs that fit my schedule perfectly. What I love most is how safe and reliable it is. Every family I've worked for through the app has been great, and I always feel comfortable and happy while babysitting. Plus, the support team is awesome! They're always there to help if I have any questions or need assistance. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Busy Bees. It's made finding work so much simpler and brought a lot of joy to my college experience. If you're a student looking for flexible work, definitely give Busy Bees a try!

  • Great Job and Organization!

I have been working with Busy Bees for a little less than a year and have nothing but great experiences working for them! All the families have been super welcoming and I have always felt safe going into a new families home. It has been a great job especially since I have a busy school schedule which makes it almost impossible to have a full or even part time job. This is what makes Busy Bees so nice, You can pick up a job when it works before for YOU!

There has been very few times where I have had questions or concerns regarding changed job times or cancellations and the staff always answered my questions promptly and were super helpful. The app has changed around three times since I have joined and only improvement and positive changes have been made making the experience even better! I have and will keep recommending people to join Busy Bee's :)

  • Absolutely LOVE this app!! 🐝

I am a babysitter for Busy Bees and I LOVE this app! It is extremely user friendly and SOOOO easy to make your own schedule! I have used this as a full-time job to support me as well as part-time during student teaching and college. Both ways are easy to do! I love making connections with families and churches! I have been consistent with families and churches since my first year and now I am still working for those people in my fourth year. I would highly recommend this job/app for college students and high school students because of how flexible the schedule is and how easy the app is to navigate!

  • best flexible job!! 🐝

I absolutely love busy bees! It’s such an amazing job, and gives me so much joy getting to play with all the kiddos! I highly recommend it, and it’s just so fun! I’ve been working for them since January, and as a newcollege student it’s just the absolute best job to have. With having a big work load with school along with other activities, I thought I would never have the time for a job. But busy bees makes that possible and I am able to pick up at least 2 babysitting jobs a week! It is just seriously the best and couldn’t recommend it more! You get to know the families, and relationships with the sweet kiddos, and it’s such an amazing reward and blessing knowing you get to help out families who need it, and get to know their kids! I love you busy bees! 🫶🏼

  • Best job ever!

I have been a busy bee for almost 2 years while in college. It is the best job for students because you work on your own time and get to spend time with sweet kiddos! Any time I’ve had an issue or question, busy bees is always quick to respond and resolve. I recommend busy bees to all my friends and families I babysit for outside of them! Every family and sitter is trustworthy and safe so you don’t ever have to worry when you sign up to sit for a new family. I have never felt that safe and secure with any other babysitting app. And I love their cute new logo!

  • Incredibly unreliable

Busy bees is by no means a way to make consistent income, but I have been incredibly disappointed by how many times families have cancelled on me (over 6+ times). I try to find a job at least once a week, and have been cancelled on 5 times in a row (always within 24 hours of when the job is supposed to start). I always book these jobs at least a week in advance, and the families never respond to my message either. I understand plans can change and people may not need a sitter, but with no communication is disrespectful. My time is valuable, and I’m relying on these jobs to make some money as a college student. I will not be working with busy bees anymore. It’s so unreliable and the lack of communication from parents is not okay. I understand people are busy or don’t always see the notification right away, but that is no excuse.

  • Unprofessional Job Interview

Very unprofessional when it came to the job interview. Head lady showed up five minutes before the interview and then did my interview and the other random girl sitting next to me in the lobbies interview at the same time as mine because she showed up late. I had a resume printed and was dressed in business casual attire where the other girl was dressed in a crop top and jean shorts. The whole interview was basically focussed on the other girl and her responses as she got to elaborate her ideas first. Not to mention, she did not take my resume or ask me any questions really about my skillset and/or past work experiences. Kind of happy I was not accepted as this frustrated me for the day being!

  • I wish they had 10 stars 😍

Every ‘Busy Bee’ our family has worked with has been amazing. We have two young kids and use the service all the time. One nice feature is being able to great a preferred list, this allows your top bees to have access to your jobs before anyone else. We have built a great group of bees. I wish this was around when I was in college.
