Wish They Could Make App Changes
I’ve been a busy bee for about a year now. I LOVE the network, but wish the app were designed differently to make it less annoying.
Notifications tend to be repetitive. In one day, I tend to get anywhere from 10-20 notifications at all hours of the day. You can’t turn notifications off, because parents need to reach you somehow. I think you should be able to customize what notifications you want to get to make the app less annoying for users.
The messaging system is so flawed. You have messages, but the only description of who you are messaging is the date of the job. The app doesn’t tell you who you are messaging or if you are in a group chat.
That being said, with those tweaks, the app would be so much easier to use and enjoy.

Not cheap but has trustworthy babysitters
What I like most about them is there flexibility on short notice. They have a responsive customer service when you need to make changes, and even if I didn't like one particular babysitter, they make it easy to take them out of your preferred list and make it more likely you'll get the babysitters that you prefer. The Bees Knees
I went with the Busy Bee service because I have no one else to watch my littles. I figured, the service has to be good… Everyone I’m the Busy Bee community is referred by someone they know. My good friend who referred me spoke very highly of Busy Bees so… why not? My little one doesn’t take to strangers. She’s very hesitant to interact with anyone new. We have used BEES since our first kid in Scottsdale 6 years ago. There wasn’t even an app! Now we live in Gilbert and continue to depend on this great service. They have helped on long work days, last minute needs and when momma just needs a break. Of course we have our favorites, but every BEE has done a great job of caring for our family. Busybees has been a lifesaver for us
I love that Busybees vets their sitters! Every sitter we have had has been so trustworthy and amazing. All the girls are so sweet and you can tell that they really enjoy kids. My jobs always get picked up quickly, which elevates the worry and stress of having to scramble to find someone last minute. Busy Bee has been such an amazing gift in our lives. We have met some of the most amazing bees (babysitters). The app is so fantastic, user friendly, and the bees are so sweet. They’re so thorough with questions and engaging with the kids. Our kids love that the bees have always been so engaging, not just sitting around watching tv- but they bake, play, swim, everything. I’ve been using Busy Bees for several years. We moved here from Chicago and did not have family/neighbors to babysit. After having several word of mouth babysitters flake on me, I found out about Busy Bees.

The BEST babysitting service on earth
Busy Bee’s has been a lifesaver for my family for 5 years now. I was nervous at first having someone I didn’t know come watch my baby, but every Bee is fully vetted and interviewed and truly amazing. I have used dozens of Bee’s and each one has been kind, patient, experienced and energetic. A few bees we love so much we use over and over and it is great because they know the kids and our routine and it makes it really easy. New to AZ saving grace
We moved to AZ about to 18 months ago and we referred to busy bees by a friend we have here. The app and sitters have been amazing. Our boys, 5 and 7, have loved the sitters and we have now found one sitter we truly love. Using the super preferred option we are almost always get the same sitter.
