  • Best job for a college student!

I have been a Busy Bee for over 3 years and have loved my experience as a Bee. I have been through a LOT of changes, between the app and management team, but I can confidently say they have handled each transition very well. I have always received a text or call back with any question or issue I have brought to their attention within the same business day. When I started working for them, there was only 50 Bees and now that there are over 1,000, which proves that their growth has been exponential. This company has been a true blessing for me through college because of the flexibility!! I went through nursing school with 40 units and 24 clinical hours weekly but still was able to fit in a few jobs a week, so I was still able to earn money (which i would have never been able to do with any other job). The connections I have formed with families has been incredible. Their referral based system for families helps me feel completely safe every time I walk into somebody’s home. I am incredibly grateful for this company and the last three years I have spent as their employee! Thanks Busy Bees! 🐝❤️

  • Love Management

I’ve worked for Busy Bees for almost one year now and loved it immediately, and have witnessed the managers making new changes that have only made me love Busy Bees more! I love that every home I walk into is a safe place and that parents are so friendly and open about what their kids needs are and what they expect from me as a sitter. Since management has expanded cliental to east valley I have constantly been getting requests from parents wanting me to come back and watch their kids again! Management does a great job in the interview process of making sure that both families and sitters have a positive background so maintain a positive community. The app is very user friendly and management is amazing about getting back to you if ever a problem arises. I love busy bees and the amazing connections I’ve made with families over the valley and the ability I have to create my own schedule to leave plenty of time for school and my own family! Also, one of the changes management has made is to pay their sitters on a weekly basis now, which really helps with those who have rent and other bills to worry about.

  • Great job!

I have been a BusyBee for just under 4 years now and have loved it! I had a crazy schedule during my undergrad and an even crazier schedule during grad school, but the flexibility that comes with this company in being able to pick and choose when you get to work has been amazing!! I’ve worked with some of the same families for years now and have gotten to see their little ones grow up, which is something I wouldn’t change for the world! The pay is great, the management is supportive, and the families are incredible. Definitely a company I would recommend to everyone and one I hope to use some day with my own kiddos. :)

  • BEST BABYSITTING SERVICE IN PHX

Seriously the time and effort they take to review the sitter and also parents. Every time I talk to management they are helpful with my issues and concerns regarding a bee and also also a parent. Props to them for running a smooth company with over 1,500 bees headed to jobs weekly! They always give amazing advice on how to better connect with families and great tips on what to do at jobs to get tips and how to be an amazing bee! I couldn’t imagine a better company to work for! I LOVE BEING A BEE!

  • Such an AMAZING company!

I have been working for Busy Bees for over a year and I absolutely love it! Each family that I have sat for are so kind and every time I walk into a new home, I know I am entering a safe environment. Managers really care about not only the well being of the sweet kiddos/parents in the company, but their employees as well. Whenever I have an issue they are firm yet understanding. I 100% suggest joining the hive if you are looking for a positive work environment or just need a caring babysitter!

  • Great Job for Students!

If you are looking for flexible hours and an exciting shift, become a busy bee. It is the most incredible job I could’ve asked for. I’m able to work last minute if need be or schedule shifts well in advance to fit my schedule. I definitely make well over minimum wage with tips, so I HIGHLY recommend. The app works well. I’m able to book jobs and communicate with families with great ease!

  • Good but not Great

I love working for Busy Bees because I love babysitting and the families I have met are SO great. I almost always have a fun time.

The cons is the app is glitchy and doesn’t always load—this has happened to me in really crucial moments where I need to contact a parent or check into a job and other stuff like that.

Also management has missed my paycheck once, and then another time they mispaid me so I had to contact them to let them know I wasn’t paid what I had been assured I would be.

It’s a great job. Management is great in the way that you feel appreciated and happy working for them! Just sometimes payments can get tricky. Just stay on top of your tabs and know what your check should contain, because sometimes I. The shuffle things can be missed.

  • Don’t work here

I have been a Busy Bee for over a year. The job itself is great if you like kids, but anytime you have to deal with management be prepared for a nightmare. Within the past 6 months they have neglected to pay us on time 3 times! If being paid for the work you do is important to you, work somewhere else. Two out of those three times have been right before the 1st of the month making me and others I know late on rent. But does Busy Bees offer to help with the late fees accrued by paying us late, of course not. In fact, communication with them regarding late payment is almost nonexistent. For example, they said they would Venmo us the paycheck, then actually we had to pick up our checks, and then two weeks later after multiple complaints they sent the money to my account. It’s a bad way to run a business. Again, if you like kids then Busy Bees is good because you don’t really have to deal with management. Management is a nightmare. If you want to get paid, don’t work here.

  • I love being a Busy Bee 🐝🐝🐝

I love being a Bee! As a college student who moved to a new state to continue their education the thought of finding families to babysit for was daunting! I’m so thankful to have the opportunity to work with Busy Bees and connect with families! It’s an honor to be welcomed into each family’s homes, and spend time with their Littles! Busy Bees Babysitting is not just a job but also a community, the support from management makes this job something I hope to be a part of for many years!
