What happened to plans that are less than $65???
This app is absolutely a scam
I downloaded and used this app once time like 6 months ago. At the end i signed up with the gym privately so I decided to delete the app completely. However after 6 months I got the charged of 79.33$ on my credit card out of nowhere . I gonna report this. PLEASE REFUND ME THE MONEY

Loving class pass and the flexibility it gives
Customer Service has been horrendous
Made a wrong purchase of a one-time top up and meant to renew for a monthly plan. Immediately messaged customer support right after and asked to change to a monthly plan and they would not allow. Then they charged another $20 on top so I can maintain my membership when I already paid $130 for the top up.
I was enjoy the classes and planning to continue but now will definitely not recommend this app/service to anyone.

Decent workout app
The app is very solid in userablity and has some good videos. The videos can be a little scattered, and not all trainers are worth watching, searching for the right workout for you. However there is a feature to “heart”/“favorite” workout videos but the app isn’t actually saving or tracking that. They are tracking your “saved places.” The app is appears to be meant for signing up at workout facilities, so the workout side of the app gets let’s focus, hence the hearts that serve no purpose. Having the hearts feature for workouts is literally a waste of space and time on the app. Selecting a type of workout is great, you have a lot of options (strength training, yoga, etc) but it’s hard to find specific workouts that work for you. You cannot filter if you need to search for difficulty, time range, specific workout equipment, etc. So if you're new and workout at home, you gotta scroll to you find something that’s beginner + low equipment. Hard to workout and get healthy when you spend so much time scrolling your phone. It’s best to stick to the main tiles towards the bottom of the workout video home screen.

Horrible Experience and Unacceptable Customer Service
I had a class canceled after it started because the instructor didn’t show up. I was informed that he wouldn’t be coming at all. ClassPass’s solution? A measly 2 credits, which don’t even cover my Uber expenses back and forth.
To make matters worse, when I tried to leave a review to warn others about this experience, I was told, “unfortunately, there’s no way.” The fact that I can’t even leave a review to warn others is completely unacceptable.
Beware: ClassPass will charge you a late cancellation fee if you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, making you pay for a class you didn’t attend. But when the situation is reversed, this is how they treat their customers. Think twice before using this service.

Trash business model without the ability to keep some credits you paid for upon membership cancelation. What if you forgot to cancel your membership and kept paying for credits. Super inconsiderate business model.
