Well I got this app from my friend she was so excited and told me about the referral program. Then I decide to download the app first the link didn’t work so I just download the original app I thought after you just add the referral code. But didn’t work so I chat with a customer service MARICAR and ask if please can help me with the code I download the app 15 min ago I didn’t use at all. Then she was very rude and check and said no we can’t. I asked what I can do ? like make a new account or how that works it’s the first time I download never use.. And also told me that if I use different account will be is a violation of our Terms Of Use.. well they were telling me that I was doing a fraud ? Or something are you kidding me ? Well maybe the app is good but the customer service need to be worked on. Not happy at all with this person i chat with. I will give 0 starts if I can.

Varied experience
It depends on where you are located. Only one option in a city of 330,000 and then the classes are relatively cheap but options are limited- not much opportunity to use ClassPass. In bigger cities, more options but the prices then begin to approach or even exceed costs of full membership at gym/studio. You’d then be paying for convenience, particularly if you’re travelling. But you better use what you paid for quickly - only limited number of credits roll over which makes this app more like a data plan than a reliable fitness plan. Despite asking for suspension of account while travelling or sick, ClassPass does occasionally continue to bill and their customer service does not always align with what their policies state (yes, this is a US company after all so they will squeeze a dollar from a dime when given the chance). Update: the “cancel my membership” directions are incorrect in the app. Also, it is relatively simple to purchase classes in the app but to receive support they ask you to jump through hoops (“log in again for personalised service” when you’re already logged in, etc.) Generally, the app is a bit of a mess.

Stop asking me to rate EVERY session
The app makes you rate every. single. session. I’ve had to rate the same gym I use every day fifty times now. There’s no way to exit either. So if I book sessions on my laptop, then log in to the app after two weeks, I have to spend ten minutes clicking 5 stars for the same gym over and over before the app is usable. I’m going to use the mobile site instead because what an insane thing for the dev team to overlook.

UX & search needs improvement
If you’re an app where the whole purpose is searching for classes across multiple gyms, your search functionalities, and UX needs to be 100%. Took a while to figure out how to search for classes more easily, the categories aren’t very intuitive.
Cool concept, though… Although sometimes the price/value doesn’t always make it worth it. Might as well just get a $90 membership for unlimited classes at a gym.

Cannot book classes, cannot spend vouchers,
I’ve had a really terrible experience of classpass lately. I bought a voucher last year by accident and was not allowed to ask for a refund (I asked within 10 minutes of purchase), and have finally come to spend the voucher. I was charged on my bank account though rather than the voucher, and they won’t refund me and charge the voucher. So I’ve lost even more money to them than I intended. I even suspected this would be an issue and was assured by support that my voucher would be charged, and it wasn’t. They won’t rectify this problem. Next, a class was cancelled on my free trial and credits didn’t come back. And then finally, there is a really bad bug online and in the app where I actually cannot even book any classes with my credits (it erroneously thinks I’m on a free trial which has ended, but I’ve actually paid (twice!! As above) for the subscription. So I can’t even spend the credits. I have reached out to support on the voucher issue twice. And I have reached out to an unhelpful bot, and also to a human support, on the issue of not being able to spend my credits. Neither have been resolved. The only reason I am still here is because I need to use this voucher up, but I will be stopping the service immediately after this and would not recommend to anyone else.
