My new fav app ! I’m an Influenster addict ! (Joined a Facebook group called Influenster addicts 😀) come and share some of your wonderful free samples! Been blown away by them. I have to work so often miss notifications but the products they give you to try are amazing ! Even got offered a washing machine but missed it. These are 100 percent legit. Hope you enjoy as much as I do !

Can’t link social media accounts not fully working
I would rate this app higher as it’s really easy to use but try as a light to pink my social media accounts I just can’t. It takes me to log in and then just uses it like a browser to bire the social media with no actual option to link. I’ve tried the help section and sending feedback for help but nothing so the lack of support is quite poor and concerning
Very helpful if you want to look up certain products and find other users experience of it but progressing through the tier system is an absolute shambles as cannot connect the social media. When eventually receive a response from support they answered a totally different question that I didn’t even ask. I’ve taken the decision to delete this app and not waste my time any further as the support is lacking and doesn’t fill

Honest review!!
Influenster has been a great app so far. The key to getting free items is pretty much consistency or dedication to making reviews. In order to receive items that you are interested in, make sure to click on those interests within the app. It does take a while until you receive a free item. For me it took 3-4 weeks. You’ll have to claim the campaigns for the items they offer you, and you have to be quick about it. When you have claimed a voxbox, it does take a while to receive it. You’ll just have to be patient. It takes up to a couple of weeks.
The app also has a few glitches sometimes. For example, when you finish your tasks, it might take a while to disappear or say you didn’t complete it. But it will eventually fix itself.
This app is definitely worth it, I’ve gotten several free items that are worth the time and effort. If you aren’t big on reviews or taking pictures of products, this isn’t for you.

I don’t like the new update
I don’t like the new update but the app is good

I’ve noticed that with every new update on the app the less VoxBoxes people seem to be receiving. Not only that, a majority of the Influenster members seem to be frustrated because it doesn’t matter how active you are when it comes to getting VoxBoxes. Another thing that influenced my rating is the fact that many of the members experience frustration over submitting certain tasks for campaigns because they can be rejected even when everything is correct. I think the app needs a new update that fixes simple things like the submission of tasks and being able to connect social media successfully.

As of now, the app seems to be more stable and a bit more balanced than before. I have no longer experiences those social media connection problems and members seem to be receiving a good amount of VoxBoxes and products that they can claim based on their interests. However, I kind of hate how the communication and community between members is harder to come by because of the updates. For example, polls and questions are harder to reach and responses get lost. It’s also very rare to see other members posts and reviews on the dashboard.

•Are badges gone? That’s sad if so. I liked earning badges. Can’t see any on new app.
•Instant grabs show up to claim randomly mixed in with your other voxboxes & grabs. It would be nice to have them pop up at the top of your list so you can catch them & claim them. Right now how it is, they are easy to miss.
•Notifications are hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll get push, sometimes not. Emails as well.
•Tasks being grayed out/unable to start. Why? Seems they don’t open the tasks up until the brand notifies Influenster they have shipped the items. Problem is, a lot of the brands aren’t doing this so the tasks sit grayed out, unable to be completed until you reach out to customer service. Seems like a lot of extra work for CS to have to manually go in & start each persons tasks. •Countdown on grabs. I have something I claimed in September that I still haven’t received. The countdown is 27 days overdue now. I reached out & it hasn’t been shipped yet. But they won’t reset the timer. Apparently the brand sets it. They say i won’t be docked for it but I don’t like things expiring without me completing. This should be fixed.

Love influenster. Lucky enough get some products to try for free.☺️ sometimes apps can have some errors. It’s a software so what can we expect. But really love the influenster.
App doesn’t work.
I got stuck on tier 5 and the app wasn’t adding my points anymore. I reached out to them and it took them a month to respond. They added the points onto my account that were missing but now I am still stuck and points aren’t being added as I complete tasks. Very frustrating because now I know it will be another month until anything is done to help and I’m not sure if the actual problem will be solved.

I’ve had this app for about a year or two and haven’t been accepted for any Vox boxes I live in Canada and I feel like that’s the reason why

I am using this app for almost 3-4 years and it’s so good. I always check the reviews on app before making any purchase and it helped me a lot. And I help others to by sharing my reviews. A very nice community and great customer service. I have received many products in exchange of reviews. I would recommended it to my friends and family and they loved it too.
