What a trip!

This was the first vacation I have had in twelve years and boy was it worth the wait! I was able to join up with 22 of my family & friends to have an amazing experience. Thank you so much. Hopefully we will see you again.

Great start

Good start for the app. Needs to have the information updated more quickly. Dinner reservations should be accessible in the app. Activity schedule ia in the app but not for the entIre property. The menu is not up to date and There is no link for the spa menu or the your butler. It also would be grrat to check on your room folio from the app. The room service and guest request chats are GREAT with GOOD turnaround times. Overall you can still enjoy your vacation without the app if you have whatsapp but the next release should make it integral to hotel operations.

Made our stay!

The app is so easy to use and really helps you manage your stay at the resort. You can’t miss a thing when you have it all at your fingertips. It makes me want to stay at only iberostar so I can always have this available for my stay! Great work!!

Good but could be better

There are many things good about it such as The calendar of events however, would be good that once dinner reservations they would pop up on your calendar for you. And give a 15 minute reminder.

Also if the map was interactive as opposed to just being a map of the whole area that too would also be helpful

AMAZING!!

This is our first stay at the Anthelia, but it certainly won’t be the last!

The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. My only gripe is the privacy aspect as the open plan layout of the shower room etc does not provide privacy as you step out of the shower directly into the living space. Not ideal but a small gripe if I had to find one negative.

The food is of amazing quality and immense choice, I am a fussy eater but had no problems with choice whatsoever. My husband on the other hand isn’t fussy but only eats healthy good quality foods and he too was very impressed.

The staff are very courteous and professional, our waitress Beatrix in the buffet restaurant was wonderful. She was very attentive and a hardworking member of her section/team. An obvious asset to the Hotel as she was warm and greeted everyone with importance.

I could go on and on. But the final conclusion is that I would return to this hotel again and again as my only negative observation did not impact on my enjoyment at all.

Happy with my stay

Amazing resort!!!! Everything was perfect!!! I have to mention all the great workers that helped me so much: sac at the front answer all my questions. Letícia at the pool is the best, the other leticia at the Japanese is an perfect work, and angel was the person that made sure we were comfortable.
So many thanks for those that made my stay so special.

Fun, friendly place!

Staff is so gracious & friendly…you can’t help but have fun here! Peterson our greeter was very sweet; Yanisha, our housekeeper was wonderful; Jody Kay, was one of the waiters at the buffet was so friendly & helpful along with Melissa who waited on us at the beach & pool; and Garnet and all the bartenders were super friendly & fun! Thank you to all for helping us enjoy our vacation!

Convenience at your fingertips!

I really enjoy the Iberostar hotel app at The Grand Rose Hall and being able to order rm service, check the daily activities, schedule dinners at the different restaurants as well as see the menus is so helpful and convenient so much easier to have it all in one app without needing to use the phone or waste paper schedules. Between this app and what’s app for communicating with butlers and concierge I’m able to cut down time and face to face conversations during these COVID times. My only complaint would be no spa menu already in the app although it was sent to me easily and excursions. I wish it also had a real time map. It has a map but general.

Good for info, needs work for booking

I would’ve loved to make all my reservations here but the app wasn’t intuitive for booking appointments with members of my party staying in other rooms. So we went to the concierge. Otherwise, all the data was solid. Regardless, I became a club member because the staff at iberostar Punta de Mita was so solid. Can’t say enough good stuff and there are so many nice people. But a can’t-miss is speaking with Felipe about some activities. The dude is honest, great at recommending experiences and knows the best guides.

Better than expected

That might sound bad, but I had the app 2-3 years ago and it has very little functionality so i deleted it. This trip come to find out you can make reservations and book room service on it, I re-downloaded the app and went to town. I even got responses almost right away when I texted my troubles with room service. They were helpful and polite and I really like that about this app, as well as the schedule and ability to get reservations easily.
