Significantly improved

I last used this app two years ago and it’s much more useful than it was. The map is easier to use; the activities schedule is more complete; and the layout is more intuitive. It still lacks a few useful features though. 1) restaurant & spa reservations should be automatically added to your calendar. 2) Staff can message you but you can’t message staff. All guests should be able to message directly with requests and Club members should be able to message staff in the Star Prestige lounge.

Low quality food and drinks

The property is beautiful, but unfortunately the quality of the food and drinks is bad. We stayed for 7 days and the menu for the breakfast and lunch is the same every single day, the food is cold and tastes pre-made. No natural juices, no shakes and juice station for breakfast. At the bar they have only low quality alcohol. if you want to drink a decent liquor, then you have to pay extra. No waiters at the pool and beach area, you have to get in line at the bar to get your drinks every single time. I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this resort offers less options and quality food than others.

The app is good!

I like to see the daily activity schedule, map of the hotels and restaurants, and be able to add activities to my calendar with notifications. Love the trails guide for walking around. It would be nice to be able to see things In other hotels that we have access to from staying at Lindo.

Perfect in every way!

Sunshine, beautiful surroundings, and most of all…beautiful people! We came with two other couples and have enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff has been great. Our butler, Danilo, made sure that our every wish was fulfilled. Dacairdi-b, by the Pool bar, ensured fun and entertainment. Everyone hear has been kind, sweet, and so pleasant. I will recommend iberostar grand bávaro to all my friends and family.

Good but with some quirks

Couple complaints:
In the login screen where you choose a guest, the guest options are off the screen for smaller screens, such as the iPhone SE. Would generally be a good idea to test the entire UX on smaller screens, and rectify with scrolling views or something else.

Got a notification to complete a feedback quiz, but upon clicking the notification, got an error message something like “expected a 200 but got 500”. In addition to whatever error is causing the 500 response, you should probably also have more human-friendly error messages.

App is very helpful

I liked the app. The property is so big it’s hard to know where everything is. The map helps with that. The app has most of the information I need so I can look up and join activities. The view of the map being satellite view is hard to follow and use. If the view was street view it would have been helpful

Sabila

We have experienced a wonderful stay here in Adeje. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. The room is very comfortable, as is the large bed. The only downside is the balcony which gets no sun at all. This is a real shame as we would have spent some time reading, and “people” watching. The food is top class at all meal times, with a variety of choices of meats, fresh salad and fruit, rice dishes and of course the delicious deserts especially the extremely light cakes, (even for those of us watching our calories). Our stay is almost over, but our memories of the Sabila will stay. Thank you all, especially Diego the bar waiter who helped us with our Spanish, Anastasia who we had a lovely chat with, and the chef who cooked my steak to perfection (sorry didn’t get your name).

Loved the resort, app needs work

Loved the resort, app was absolutely horrible to use. The map made little to no sense which made our navigation initially fairly difficult. We didn’t end up using it for anything but the hours of the restaurants. It wouldn’t hold any of the reservations we made (they were deleted) so making them through concierge was the only option. The concierge/staff in general was very helpful and understanding. The app could be a great addition to the experience if it worked properly. Sadly worst app I’ve used in 10 years…and I’ve used tinder.

Found App very easy to navigate and useful

The App was easy to navigate and had expected amount of detail about hotel facilities. The chat service worked well to request room items that were subsequently delivered in good time. Some short notice hotel notifications were posted but not all. For example, one lift was out of service for 3 days but info was not posted.

What a trip!

This was the first vacation I have had in twelve years and boy was it worth the wait! I was able to join up with 22 of my family & friends to have an amazing experience. Thank you so much. Hopefully we will see you again.
