Lack of communication
We took our Covid test on Thursday we were told they would be in on Friday morning it’s Friday afternoon we still don’t have Covid test results and never received an email and we are supposed to leave tomorrow morning everyone keeps giving us a different answer. Also Wednesday night the ice cream place it was 940 and they would not serve us ice cream giving us an attitude and told us it closed at 10. Second time here , first time was great but we wouldn’t return after this visit

Incredible
This Hotel by far one of the best. All of the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay has been great!!! Chef Luis incredible personality and has been out on the floor every time we have been in the restaurant. Just an incredible place to stay. Will be back soon!!!

We love Iberostar and have been coming here many times over the years. We love the nature and animals! People are very friendly and doing their best to make us happy. Entertaining team is always working hard and we enjoy the shows and games a lot! Special “thank you” to Giovanni and Arminda for giving us personal attention!
Great food at the major buffet and Japanese restaurant! The only thing we were missing this time was NO Pico de gallo and chips at the beach and pool area (used to be there before!)
Also I want to mention to whom it may concern about tons of sea weeds not letting us enjoy swimming in the sea. We understand that it was Mother Nature But for such a huge chain of hotels they could’ve done better job of having more people and machinery to clear the water so we can enjoy the sea!
We will definitely be coming back in the future and recommend Iberostar to our friends and family!

Wonderful service from housekeeping, bartenders, waiters, cooks and all the hotel staff
Best place to stay! Couldn’t ask for more except....coffee bar at the beach for early morning risers while taking a walk, mediating, reading at the beach and sandwiches need to be offered at the snack bar. Other than that Iberostar you couldn’t be successful without your wonderful hardworking employees and staff! Please be good to them and reward them, they deserve it!!!!

There's no map!
The map they give you at the resort is illegible. This app doesn't have a map loaded and... Ideally... It would show you a walking route!
The event reminders are good. Like being able to book online, but don't see a way to book a restaurant x amount of days out.
Like the menu options being on the app. Good to have access to reporting room issues because no one answers phones. But no one tells you you can use the app to request these things.

Another day in paradise
My wife and I have traveled to Mexico many times since 1985 but have never experienced the beauty, service or entertainment this property offers. We will be be visiting against soon. Highly recommended. First class from the moment you arrive.
Dinner tonight at my Favorite Mexican Restaurant
This is our second time here to this restaurant and I got to say the food was amazing...love the Mole, Barbacoa, Guacamole, three kinds of sauces (by special request) but what made it perfect was our service and connection with Omar.
Omar was helpful in understanding the various types of food and made recommendations on future food adventures. He really made us feel at home when we’ve been away from our family for close to a week.
Great dinner and Omar made this the best night of our trip!!
