R2 & R4 Landscape Mode Gone
The Oct 22, 2019 iPad app update no longer allows you the option to view the live camera view in landscape mode. You can only view the live camera in portrait mode only.
A work around solution that I use for the iPad is the free Owlr app Foscam versions which allows the use of the Landscape Mode, Joystick, Night Vision, Two Way Talk, Mirror and Flip view.
The Foscam R2 and R4 cameras are excellent for their picture clarity, size and price point.Show lessI'm a fuzzy puppy...
Won’t connect on my iPhone
Sad to see all the issues folks are having. I used Foscam products many years ago and had been happy. I just bought one of their newest wireless indoor cameras and have had issues with it connecting to my iPhone. It will connect to my iPad.... however the record function keeps acting up. Records once in a while... I get notices of movement to my iPhone, useless as I can’t login from my phone to see anything. 😞Show lessRamsters1
Would give zero stars if possible
Truly would give zero stars if possible. Every single other 3rd party app is more reliable than Foscam’s own app. (Foscam’s app consistently returns an “Establishing a secure connection with the camera” message...and never connects to said camera.) And, if you do get it to connect (I would say less than 10% of the time) it will not play video from SD card, meaning you must rely on their cloud service which works okay except that it does not include the 5 second pad for motion alerts...so, it rarely catches what actually triggered the recording. Have requested this several times, but it never seems to get fixed. Also, if you reorder your list of cameras, the wrong camera gets matched with the wrong name (and order) on a regular basis.Show lessI'm THE GingerBradMan

Can I ask why it is your app the worst app that I’ve used on my phone?
Time passes, updates are published, but is changing. The app constantly crashes after start, and if not - it either log you out by itself, or just endlessly displaying “establishing secured connection blah blah”.
Is it really so hard to trace what causes these crashes after all that time?

No iPad version. Portrait only
You really need an iPad version of this app so we can view videos more easily in landscape mode on an iPad. Also need a way to rearrange the order of the cameras. And View live feeds of all the cameras at once. OWLR is better, but still not perfect as the MyFoscamCloud functionality is not integrated in that app. Please improve the app or you will lose more and more customers to Ring, Nest, Arlo, etc.Show lessBBgamer79
