Hi, please I need your help.
The app displayed error messages saying my debit card wasn't working. I re-entered my card info multiple times and kept getting the same message. I went back square one to where you enter your ticket #, and re-entered that. It said I owed $0. So I checked with my bank account and it indicated I HAD been charged - TWICE! It happened twice with different tickets.

Poorly designed
This app is poorly designed. When entering your CC information, it insists on hiding it and there is no way to unhide it to make sure you typed the correct information. The Scan option picks up way too much information, and again, because you can’t unhide anything, you never know if the information it scanned it correct.Show lessBenthead1968
JUST PAY ON WEBSITE

Does not offer any proof that you sent the payment
No payment history, no email confirmation that you sent the payment, it doesn’t make anything easier, it adds another layer of uncertainty that the ticket was paid or notBlitzkieg1987
Needs updating. Use at your own caution
Like many have stated, the app said there was an error with payment or that I was processing. Your payment actually goes thru. Don’t try to pay more than once or it will process a payment every time you try. Good luck getting your money back. The app needs major updates. Seeing as how, you’re actually paying for this facilitation to pay, with processing fees, they should be able to improve this thing. City did not receive my payment
I paid my ticket through this app. A month later the city is charging me late fees and penalties because they did not receive my payment. Now I have to submit my bank statement and any email confirmation to the city for review. Safe yourself the pain. Don’t useqqttiihh

Im so happy I didn’t have to call in to paid my parking ticket it was the easiest apt download the app a few question add Credit card to paid the ticket and add email and all together it took like 5 minutes where was you at? I’m so happy I have an easy way to paid my tickets hopefully no more but you never know living in the city and sed me my confirmation on my email thank youShow lessBonita 🦋
