Unable to use app
This app was developed for the “lulz”. Had the same error others reported various months ago: I log in and see the message “the page no longer available” or something like that. Then I’m booted off back to login. I tried three times. Then, removed the app from phone. App deserves ZERO stars.
Member card unhelpful
I only downloaded the app to have digital access to my member id card. What a waste - the card doesn’t include my member id# AND when you go to download it wants to save it to your photos. Maybe upgrade so it has helpful info and can be used in a digital wallet?
Requires you allow IP tracking on to work
It requires that you change the “Hide my IP” setting on Safari to be turned off for it to work. Not sure I like that you have to let it track you IP to let the app work.
Not very user friendly
Every time you want to login—you have to re-enter your account name and password (which is unlike EVERY other app that I use). The rest of the app seems to work ok. It feels like one of the VP’s had a second cousin who wanted to be an app developer!
Useless
The app to k me logging in, says that my “browser does not have cookies enabled“ inside the app. I also get the invalid login attempt from “the page you were trying to reach no longer exists”
Don’t download
Unfortunately this is my vision insurance through my provider every time I try to login it asked me to verify and re-authorize, which never works and I’m perpetually locked out unless I call and they reset the password for me. Don’t even bother downloading this app, and if you’re considering signing up for this insurance, don’t.

New logo update
Not a fan of the logo update, a big thick blue backward dash and a blue circle? 🤷🏻♀️
You can’t even tell who it belongs to. The whole point of the app logo is to recognize it on your screen. If you want to open it, It’s easy to find.

All it does is loop back to the log in screen
Every time you think your getting somewhere, the app makes you log back in after giving you an error message. Trash
Terrible, Buggy, Unusable
This app is almost entirely unusable. It constantly crashes, pages are extremely slow to load, and every time I attempt to use it I’m forced to login. This app needs some serious work. I have to use the VSP website directly from my browser instead. Absolute garbage.
Their app is just a website
The VSP app is literally just their mobile webpage shown inside of an app and since the app is really not a true app there is some basics items that don’t work. Avoid the app, just use the site.
