Bad for an app, worse it’s for vision
You have to log in every time you want access. Doesn’t tie into keychain or LastPass. If only they’d paid the developer more than $10, think of the possibilities.
Horrible
If I could change providers I would simply based on how awful the app usage is. Makes it impossible to find a doctor or even login.
Don’t Bother
I thought it would be great to be able to load my member card into my apple wallet for the receptionist when I have an appointment, but I can’t even get access to my member card via the app as it keeps coming up with an error message after I’m fully logged in or it freezes or it logs me out. Please fix!!!

Unable to use
Cannot use the app because login requires email verification every time and you can only verify on their website, not on the app. So it’s basically impossible to login to the app. Have to use the browser.
Basic functionality missing
I’m unable to look at prior claims from the app, nor from the website, from my phone. I would imagine a simple PDF functionality wouldn’t be that complex to add into the app.
Garbage. Complete Garbage
This app is nothing more than a basic wrapper for the website. It doesn’t even remember my login information. Can you at least offer FaceID for this app? It’s like a pre-grade school child wrote this app. Absolutely horrible.
a vision app that doesn’t make you zoom
the other reviews speak for themselves on quality of this crapware. Let me add my own experience:
- Apple is famous for offering particular attention to people with vision challenges, this app uses ZERO of such platform support - you can’t zoom (the irony)
- if you tap the hamburger menu and then anything outside of that menu you get stack in a clustduck of UI paradox
- the benefits history tells you two piece of information that are: “you used multiple services” or empty fields - essentially there is no history
those are the top items because it is not possible to beyond without aggravation
this app feels to be either developed by incompetent and non user of this type of service or by some kind of outsourced shop where the objective is to put some services of an existing web site inside a native app.
Unfortunately Apple doesn’t allow to give negative stars otherwise this would be my first time doing so.
what would have been better:
- an accessible design given the only expectable audience
- history so that you know what glasses you have purchased using their insurance
- way less bugs (the login is beyond finicky and there is no progress indicator so you cause callbacks to the server when in reality is caching)
and let’s call it for now - they are not going to do any given their real customers are the companies that provide the benefit and not the actual consumers…

Same experience as ketchup1d
I’m having the same experience where I get a “page expired” page when trying to log in. Speaking as someone who provides support for a health organization’s mobile app, it’s pretty bad form when your app won’t even let users log in.
Currently useless - not updated
No longer allows me to log in same as other reviews as far back as at least Jan 2022 so this has been ongoing for almost 10mos. Logging in works on a computer but not the app. Keeps sending me back saying this page is no longer available.
So bad
Would give zero stars if I could. It takes me directly to the login page and won’t even let me log in! I just reset my password (which was also a terrible experience) so I know it’s correct and it just keeps sending me in a loop to the login page over and over and over again. Really terrible.
