Give me my money back! These people are scammers
Listen here! Now I have to be on the phone disputing with my bank. They placed the credit I sent on pending for about 2 whole hours and never sent the credit. I got a notification from my bank saying the charge went through. When I returned to the app it shows “no successful recharges” and my brother never received the credit. So where did my money go? They have no phone number for you to call and no one responds to the stupid message area for “help” don’t waste your money! Ive used Ding for a very long time and i don’t know whey in Gods good name I tried this app for. Getting my money back and going to DinG. Scammers.Show lesswnwkdnjw

My experience with this app has been really disappointing. I used it three times on two different operators and the amount advertised is not the amount that you receive when you top up your phone. You end up getting only half of the amount advertised. They also charged me twice. I sent an email and received a bot reply. Don’t waste your money.Show lessLeo12ji

LOVE THE APP BUT…..
This is a great app I am able to send loads to family in the Philippines but. The app needs to updated regularly. I updated to iOS 16 and now you can’t recharge from the history. Everything is misaligned. The only way to send at the moment this to manually enter everything again. Please update the appShow lessScott_Platts
La mejor app para recargas
He usado varias para hacerle recargas a mi novia en Venezuela desde Miami y a veces me daba falla pero desde que baje esta app no me ha dado problemas en lo absoluto y de una vez le llega la recarga… Si tienen amistades que vivan a distancia y necesitan recargas les recomiendo esta app… Ademas protegen los datos de la Tarjeta de Crédito y demás…

Charging fee is too high
I having used it this app more than 2 years and recharge overseas phone number 3 times a month: but today I delete it from my phone: the reason because of very high processing fee : compares with another top-up mobile recharge app !
