  • Fast service. Quick, fast, and easy to my fiancé in the Philippines.

    I use it to add to my fiancé’s cell phone in Malaysia. Very quick to ad to her phone. So far so good.

  • Great Service but getting expensive

    This has been a great service over the years. However the minimum recharge amounts have gone up and the processing fees are getting expensive. The service should have smaller recharge amounts and think about finding ways to reduce their processing fees.
  • Move on!!! Do not use this app!!

    It has been 18 hours. They took my money but my friend’s cell phone has not been recharged in Nicaragua. I am in the USA. I messaged them many times and i get canned responses. I asked for a refund and have not received it. They gave me a number to Movistar and it does not work. Now I should not have to call the provider, these losers should do that. In fact i called after 18 hours. I am going to call my bank and have the charges reversed. Do not download this app!!!!!

  • Difficult, sketchy, crashes

    - log in with Apple ID crashes the app but that’s how I signed up already so the app is useless
    - I’m trying to top up a number via the web interface and they want to call me to verify my account? How does that work I’m trying to do a top up here to get phone access and you want to call me?
    Never using this service again, there are so many others that aren’t as difficult to deal with

  • I had a double billing it seem you don’t care costumers

    Well, I don’t mind to pay an extra fee if I have to use an app but, I do mind when they try to be fun! Unless you refund my money that you charged me twice without no reason you are going to keep this 1 Star. Costumer service the worse so I won’t recommend this app unless you wanna lose your money without an answer!

  • ******BEFORE you use this app Users beware!******

    I wanted this app to be good and used it a few times with success with many of my international SIM cards. Here is were they horribly failed! I had a cell number for the Dominican Republic that I needed to add credits and they took my payment. When went to use the cell phone, it showed that my number was no longer active. I went to the cell phone carrier that the sim was from and they said that number was no longer in their system and there was no way payment could have been made since it was not a active number in their database. Unfortunately Mobile Recharge not take any responsibility for letting you charge a cell number that not active.

  • The most faster mobile recharge app!

    So far I’ve been using this app for nearly 2 years and at the beginning I was using the website version. However, once I found out the app version everything worked out so much faster and efficient. As long as you have a good Internet connection and you know exactly the number that you were going to put the mobile recharge on there shouldn’t be any delay.
