    Great app so far. Have a few concerns. Whenever I do a contact search, the letters I type don’t show. Secondly, when selecting a mobile operator, takes forever to load list. I mostly have to restart app several times to just for a transaction to be successful. For those reason, I give a 3 star. By the way, I use an iPhone 7 with the latest software updates

  • Works great

    Easy and fast way to pay my account. Saves having to run to the Oxxo since Bill needs to be paid on exact day service expires. I just wish they would send reminder on day package ends.
  • It works but...

    So I’m in AFG. The app works, slow as hell, but works. I like the option for PayPal. I enter the amount but the exchange rates are off by a good portion. (Eg. You put in $50 USD but only get $45 USD worth in Afghanis.)

    My best guess is that the 10% goes to the app developers. So not only is it 10% already cut but the Afghan government charges a 10% tax now. So realistically that’s 20% off the top with 10% going somewhere. A warning would be nice about the exchange rates being inaccurate or that there’s a fee. Long story short, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. This app is just too shady.

    This app has been such a great convenience. We live remotely and having to go into town and stand in long lines to renew minutes is such a hassle. To be able to get minutes from home is awesome! I am so glad I was told about this app!!
  • Horrible! Waste of my time!

    I was able to successfully use the app once, but when I tried a second, and then a third time a few weeks later, the transactions never went through. I was sent a push notification from my credit card app alerting me that both transactions were approved but when I contacted Mobile Recharge customer service via the chat interface, the rep kept sending me the same message to contact my financial institution because the transactions failed the security checks. When I contacted my credit card company, they told me the same thing the push notifications said... that the charges were already approved. I'd like to know how in the world this company has stayed in business 10 years with horrible customer service like this as they were no help at all. Waste of my time!

    Dear customer, We apologize for any inconvenience you've might experienced with our app. I am sure things got clarified by now and you already received the amount back. We never charge a customer for failed attempts. If you failed to pass security check, then definitely some of the billing details could not be confirmed.
