Hi. Your feedback is music to our ears! 🎶 🎉 We will keep working hard to deliver you the very best walking experience. Have a great day!
  • Try before you buy

I bought and am disappointed but suggest you try it for yourself as I seem to be a minority. The lack of integration with iWatch or other apps to help you stick to an exercise or diet program is not great for me. I could live with this but I find interface very basic and the music mix choice whilst vast seems to be aimed at 20 - 30 (whilst the 80s mixes contain some good music they also contain a lot of obscure songs). I have found keeping app open whilst I exercise is good but not always reliable and have found the cool down has closed but the app is continuing with no voice prompt.

  • Deleted before proceeding to step 4 of 4

After downloading this app and going into it the first time, I got to step 4 of 4 and it wanted me to pay or pay. I found that VERY STRANGE. So, I went back to the App Store and checked the reviews. I was horrified after reading the reviews. Even more horrifying, reading the developer’s comments on the reviews. There is no way to use this app completely free as the developer claims. I am pretty certain this developer violated a few federal laws and plan to investigate this further. As of right now, I do not see any subscriptions on my Apple ID, but plan to check again in a week. If one magically appears then, we add a whole new load of potential federal charges. I would suggest other users avoid downloading this app unless you intend to sign up for and pay the annual fee upon downloading/opening the app. I hope those that were affected by the subscription issues with this app seek legal council. It may make for a lovely class action suit. To the developer, I would highly recommend you seek legal council related to the functionality and manner in which your app creates its charges. Deceitfully charging individuals without clear disclosure of the intent to charge them, for example, when they download a “free” app, could be a huge issue for you. You can definitely find a better way to charge people for the app without being dishonest and deceitful.

  • Not for me

This app just doesn’t fit my lifestyle so I deleted it and thought that was the end of it. I was not made aware that just downloading the app was a subscription. Now I’m being charged for a subscription to an app I don’t even have. I downloaded the app again after reading that I had to cancel under settings. I went to settings and see nothing on there that allows me to cancel. Now it has access to my back account and if the company doesn’t cancel ASAP, I will be forced to go to my bank and deal with it there, likely having to get a new bank card and info. Such a hassle!!!

  • Combating These Sorts of Renewal Cheating

Dear non-free App users, buy pre paid credit cards, and after using those, keep 2-3 dollars left in the cards. Use those cards while using these apps. After free periods, they won’t be able to charge from the cards for insufficient funds. You can also endorse those cards in itunes, so that none can deduct at your back. For ur real purchase, use ur main credit cards, and after use remove from itunes. Problem solved.

  • Great app.

I really like this app. The music choice is fantastic and I love the automatic speed up when instructed to walk faster! It also adapts well
for treadmill use when the weather is too bad to go outside. I only gave four stars because another app. I have, which is free, also gives the time and distance travelled which I find useful but have managed to live without!!!

  • Didn’t get past the free trial

So I wanted to try Verv after seeing it advertised on IG (great job with the advertising!)

I didn’t get past the “one week free trial” page. Please know that if you don’t cancel your free trial 24 hours before your week is up you are automatically charged.

I appreciate them saying this up front - just by clicking you agree to be charged with no farther warning.

However after reading the reviews about Ads I wasn’t willing to take the chance that I might forget to cancel if I hated it. Maybe if the Ad situation gets better I will give it a shot.

I’ll come back in a few weeks and see how the reviews are looking and if the developer is listening to the complaints. It’s one thing to have ads (I have to deal with those on a few apps I have) but it’s another to make them so obnoxious you push people to pay for your app. I want to get a good feel for what the app actually does before paying for it. As it is, I’m listening to the other reviews and going to pass for now until this is fixed.

  • We get you need ads to keep it free stop repeating yourself

Start listening to people instead of repeating the same old crap over and over again. We totally get that you need to have advertisers to keep the app free. You don’t need to keep telling us that we know this. Hear me?? We know this. However when you make ads that cover half the screen and make the app USELESS, no one is going to use it. There are a lot of free apps that have ads. THEY DO NOT COVER THE WHOLE SCREEN... A simple little banner ad at the bottom of the screen that doesn’t cover up vital information works just as well. We feel you are doing this on purpose forcing us to spend $40. If that is your endgame we will all stop using it.
