  • Look!

If you are going to offer a free app then it should truly be free. Not only do you offer this app supposedly for free, you also offer this same app under pro. You ask $1.99 one time fee and then slap the user with a yearly subscription fee. Buyer beware—- this app is nothing more than a money grab. Both walking apps are money grabs. It’s too bad too! There are a lot of people who need help but can’t afford it. Also, there is no true free version of this app. Having the try the premium version on every single page of this app is beyond annoying as well. Very disappointed!

  • Crashed

Have loved this app from the start but since the last update it has been freezing a lot during a session and I have to shut the app down and go back into it.

  • My bad... Never trust a lone reviewer

After paying the $40 upgrade fee and then spending the next 10 minutes trying to get out of the Subscription/You’re already subscribed to this plan/Help loop, I will be cancelling my subscription.
Note to the developer: maybe you should invest the money you’re spending on FB advertising and actually produce an app that’ worth something.
    Shame on you.
**Addendum: After cancelling the subscription, it states I will have access to the app for the next 12 months. That would be helpful if the app worked but it doesn’t. I can only assume that the developer is laughing all the way to the bank.
Sir - Be sure to enjoy dinner and a drink on me.

  • Rigid system

I walk daily and wanted an app to give me some motivation along with step count and other helpful objective measurements. This app has a well thought out “training” app, but does not allow for flexibility in use. Day 3? Taking a breather-not that’s I need/want one! I’m using the app according to me, but the app can not adjust. If my “assigned workout “ ends while I’m 1/2 mile from my car, there doesn’t seem to be any way to modify the actual activity-you just can’t keep “real” track of what you’ve done.
Needs adjustments-wait on getting this app, unless you fit into their narrow criteria!

  • More advertising than the real deal

I was going to download the app before I read all these reviews by the users how the ads are annoying in free version.
I have a couple of suggestions for the app developers:
    1. Make it a time-bound free version(like a month trial free). Many other apps offer that. Make the most popular features enabled with few features keeping for the premium version.
    2. I see the ads of this app at every free app I use. I’ll suggest you to first listen to your current user base and work on improving the app and spend less money on advertising it.
The app may have great utility(I have not used it yet. So don’t know much). However, if people get annoyed by the ads, It’s not going to work.
I really wanted to try this app but now I am not going to. As such I am too lazy to write reviews even for the things/services I have used. However, I was so intrigued by the negative user reviews and my interest in the app that I decided to write this review even before using the app.
I will download the app if I see positive reviews at my next visit to your app. Until then Sayonara!!

  • Auto subscription

Definitely a very well hidden way to opt out you have to email them then they send you a link so that you can stop the auto subscription. I had canceled the app two months after getting it however I didn’t cancel the auto subscription so I got charged $43 not a very nice surprise. And even though they may say they have a customer service it’s an automated reply when you email with basically the link to the auto subscription. It was very disappointing that there was no human to try to get my money back. I do not recommend this.

  • Too many ads for premium

I never got a chance to see if I even like the app because their ads to upgrade pop up about every three seconds and won’t allow you to close them.

In response to the developer, I understand your need for ads, but you need to balance them with the users ability to use your product. I have no intention of upgrading (and deleted the app) because I was not able to try it out and make sure it would work for me. Your app could be amazing, but I’ll never know because you made it too hard to use. I was not exaggerating about the quantity of ads that popped up with no way to move forward without upgrading.

  • Isn't really free

There is a subscription to use the service..
    Just the download is free
    What's the point
  • Updated review: still one star

They really should state before downloading that it’s a subscription. Although, at this point, I shouldn’t be surprised, i haven’t been able to find a single free workout or walking app that’s actually free. And even the free trial require me to link a card to my iTunes, but I don’t use iTunes. I was able to figure out how to use the free version though so no big deal. That’s what my one star review was based on previously. Now, after reading some reviews and developer responses, and experiencing it myself first hand, I wish I could make it zero stars. If I click no on a premium membership, that means I don’t want it. I understand ads help you keep it free, but it interrupts almost every setting and page you click on, taking up half the page so you can’t read what’s underneath it, and if you try to click the “x” to close it out it just brings up the sign up page. If your going to do ads, do them periodically, make them small and LET ME CLOSE THEM.
And PS developer, I don’t wanna hear how sorry you are and how my feedback will be utilized, just fix it. Don’t tell me, just do it. Because you’ve been apologizing to your users pretty much since the app came out and nothing has been done, so I’d suggest actually listening to your reviews this time before someone shuts the app down

  • Changed my life!

I have no real desire to run or to lose weight. However, I’ve turned into a speed walker and jogger with this app! When it says ‘speed up’, I jog as I’m walking fast anyway.

I get up 5/7 mornings a week at 6 to ensure I fit it into my busy day. I hate mornings! I used to hate mornings before this app.

I love it and believe that mornings are the best part of the day.
