Utter crap!
Took my first payment using this app. In less than five minutes I received a crappy email from stripe stating that the payment I took was not authorised and my account now suspended. Something to do with Facebook. Utterly ridiculous and not impressed by the suggestion I’ve done something illegal. Personally I’m deleting this app and just go back to payments by BACS.Show lessQgfts
Very responsive to concerns
As charity organization we use the app for our fundraising activities and was not aware of processing costs, but company was very responsive in helping us resolve. Terrible
No customer support and lengthy payout time still waiting over 2 weeks had to report to trading standards absolute garbage cost me £300 no communication or support what do ever they granted me the ability to take payments so I did and then all the issues started excuses saying they can’t authorise payment because I don’t have a web site the they would not let me refund the customer , stay well away from this scamShow lessdarren77, custard
