App not working correctly
I paid for an hour and a half and it took my money just fine and showed a timer on my phone face. When I get back to my car, I received a ticket yet. The timer still had minutes left. I checked the app, and there was no history of my parking yet I was charged and have proof of charge. it took another hour to dispute the app. Now I’m waiting to see if my ticket gets removed. What a pain in the app!Show lessharttunes

So convenient to have your phone telling you where and when your parking is about to expire!

Very Convenient
This app is very convenient especially because in this day and age everything is becoming more digital. Additionally, in a busy city it is easier to just pay from your car instead of finding the meter.Sami_2244
Excellent don’t worry about quarters
This app is extremely useful. So many times I had to park at a meter and didn’t have any quarters. It’s hard to find a place to give you quarters unless you are buying something. This app makes it so you never have to worry about having quarters again. I love itDotgirlforlife
Happy to stay inside
This is great! I couldn’t believe you could do this till I traveled east! My only complaint is you can only do it once during the day and then you have to park in a new zone or feed the meter. Other than that the app is super easy to use and I have no problems with it at all.dhenas
Need more distinct buttons
It would be nice if the button to confirm zone selection and the button to confirm duration selection were of a contrasting color to the rest of the screen. As they currently are, they are white and blend in too much with the other things on the screen.

Very Helpful Boston Parking App!
As parking is difficult in Boston, at least the ParkBoston app makes it a touch easier. It is very user friendly and straight forward. Just be sure to enter your license plate with no spaces, Letters and numbers together!Riprunner

Great upgrades
The app is great and convenient with the new upgrades. But can’t help with Boston’s parking issues. I’m a resident in the North Station Neighbourhood. Those streets are full with people who don't care about getting a parking ticket for an event or game. You are forced to take the expensive (minimum $420) monthly parking.Show lessBhavesh Chouksey
