Deleted all my vehicles and now won’t let me add them
The app is terrible. It’s slow, clunky and deleted all my vehicles. As I’m trying to add and save them, I receive an error message. What a jokedonvuong28
Just pay the meter
The app is so clunky, requires so many steps, does not display payment confirmation properly (you get an email) when using Apple Pay, it approaches useless. So many other apps do the same thing better… it’s faster to just pay the parking meter.PaceRipley
Misleading
generally the app works fine. Allows you to pay for parking from your phone. But it seems on a Sunday, in a zone that is free on Sundays, it would let me pay to park, even though that isn’t legally required. That seems a bit unethical. I get that disabling the whole app on Sunday can’t be done since some zones are still in effect, but that’s something that even a semi-competent programmer could have accounted for.Show lessjas858
Scammed
I paid for 2 hours parking, my card was definitely charged. I got a ticket about an hour and a half into my session, even though I still had 30 minutes left. I went to dispute the ticket using my history, only to find this terrible scam app hasn’t been saving my history and the only instances saved are from 3+ months ago, even though I’ve been using the app regularly. app barely functional
anytime i need to park, i have to fully uninstall and then reinstall the app unless i want my card and apple pay (which both have funds on them) to get rejected 5 times. honestly about to start taking my chances and pay the ticket if i get it at this point, not worth the stress + hassle for when i don’t have my card or quarters on meShow lesschaosgoth
Ripoff
Total rip-off 35 cents fee every single time you extend your parking. I’d understand the fee for using the app but to add that fee to even just extending the parking is excessive and rip offKanw89
This App a scam
Avoid at all costs…it is cheaper to use coins in the meter…They put a limit of 1 hour parking maximum 1 hour before 8pm…this doesn’t apply when using coins in the meter.Buggy software
