Very good for pre booking you cab
Used it a couple times for booking the large cab to travel to and from airport. Excellent service. Way better than anything else I have used recently (other apps , direct booking with minicabs companies or uber/bolt ) . Very good communication with the support team via phone and app.
Very reliable
We’ve used Minicabit a couple of times now for airport journeys. Always reliable and on time. In fact, the last time we used them for an 8.15am start to Gatwick, the driver arrived 20 minutes early to make sure we were on time. Sometimes more expensive than local taxis but other times the prices match. Easy to pay by card (when booking).

Easy and convenient
I have been using it for many years. It’s really easy to use it and I find the prices comparison helpful. Never had a problem and also the transfer companies are really reliable
Train station pick up
I was going to St Austell train station, never been there before, used minicabit for the first time. Train was delayed, contacted the taxi firm, no problem in changing collection time, he was there waiting for me. App is easy to use. Excellent, made a customer out of me
Straightforward and reliable
I’ve had good, consistent service from minicabit. It’s very easy to book, prices are competitive and the drivers communicate well by text or phone call when getting near the pick up.
Very useful app
I often use the Minicabit app to book taxis when travelling to and from airports for both work and pleasure. I like the variety of companies on offer, downloadable receipts, and the prices are generally competitive. If a taxi company can no longer for fill a booking, Minicabit would immediately re-assign the job, without any disruption or change to the price. I would recommend minicabit to anyone wanting to book taxis in an easy and straightforward way.

Good for pre booking cabs
Used this app for the first time, was fast and efficient very affordable and reasonable. Drivers were on time and had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend!
Easy to use and good service
We booked a car to take us to the airport. A slight delay due to traffic, but we had great communication via WhatsApp and were still on time for our check in. Driver was friendly and very helpful!
Very efficient
Easy to book online and never had a problem with pickups. I like the feature for luggage, which makes sure you get a cab of the right size for the luggage you take (I always have a mountain of the stuff).
Be warned minicabs may not turn up
Being helpfully reassured at 4:30am that although your minicab is not coming they are very sorry and will refund you doesn’t get you to the airport. Avoid.
