Love it mostly
Being able to access my pets’ medical records anywhere is an outstanding capability. I have used it on innumerable occasions. The one area that it seems to fall a little short is sharing medical records. I have tried to do this 3 times now with Vets other than my primary ones and it has never worked as I expected. If I want to share the records from the app with a Vet, it should work to share all records. For example, I wanted to share recent bloodwork results for my dog with a Vet who is doing physical therapy for him. I tried 3 times when I was at this Vet’s office and it never worked. I had to report to going home, printing and then scanning the records to email to the Vet. This functionality would greatly add to the use of the app.Show lessAttUsrr568953
Nice app but could use work
Nice app but could use work. I purchased this app to be able to keep up with medical records of my six pets. It was very easy to enter all the information but what it lacks is in the reports. I need to be able to pull off all records that show the date of actual vaccines, date of service. The records reports that I get are dated the day that I enter the information it does not show the date of the actual vaccines or date of service. This is frustration and why I only give it three stars because that would be the only reason that I downloaded the app.Show lessjrmoore
Dr. kibble is the best!
When we discovered Dr. Kibbie Ringer for our vet it was the best decision ever! She ask the questions following the symptoms we give her and she knows right away what to do or suggest for our two Yorkies! Very knowledgeable and up to date on all breeds and their symptoms. She has always taken the time to explain what the pups symptoms are, or could be. Always recommend the right dosage, and what to look for. You will not be disappointed!

All records up to date in one place!
Extremely useful little app very well designed for someone like me who loves to keep records and set reminders— I now have all my pet info in one place and can share with family too!
I do however make my own detailed notes for each vaccine record for example under ‘my reminders’ I make notes and dates for each vaccine and the next due date.
Once you know what you want out of it it’s great!Show lessBeervily
Vet care
I am very loyal to our veterinarian! Since Covid came things have changed. I do not like handing my fur baby to an assistant for vet. Yes I trust them completely. I do feel it traumatized the
fur baby. I had heard of them through a family member. Not only was I very impressed. On so many levels. The care was so companionate.
I will use them again. Price was reasonable. Same as a vet visit. No rush. They were on time.
I was able to communicate with team with a phone call. This app is great. One does need to make an appointment ahead of time.

Less than 30 seconds to refill prescription
In under 30 secs I was able to request a prescription refill for my dog. The app opened my account immediately, avatar and name of each pet (there are six of them) popped up, and as I touched the one needing her refill the actual prescription itself appeared. Great app!
I’ve only had this app for a short time but it’s already so great! As a busy working parent to both a human and a pup, the days zoom by and I’d often find that I would forget to make that checkup appointment, vaccination update, dental cleaning, etc. during normal hours. The evening would arrive and I’d kick myself that I’d somehow forgotten all day...again. This app makes it so easy to request an appointment with our vet’s office no matter what time of day it comes to mind. And having my dog’s records all there so easily is wonderful too!! The place we board our dog requires current vaccination records so this will come in super handy for that too! Just a real time saver and efficiency gain all around!!Show lessOk_Jax
Outstanding service
I use VitusVet for claim submissions for my Nationwide Pet Insurance. Before VitusVet I had to manually fill out a claim form and fax which involved driving back and forth, having my dog’s vet fax the claim. Now all I do is upload the PDF and all of the information (vet location, my contact info, policy number, etc) is already saved info so I don’t have to look through my files to fill information out every time. The ease and speed of using the VitusVet app has drastically improved my experience as having a sick pet is enough stress. I’m thankful for how simple the process is now. Great app!
I just had a visit to our pet’s vet and one of the techs suggested this app for our Nationwide insurance billing. Loaded it and our dog showed up immediately on my account. Simply had to add our kitten and her policy number and was able to submit the claim for her vet visit immediately! The tech mentioned that insurance payments are received quicker when using the app and the vet office doesn’t have to do anything, which means no follow up for me to ensure that claims are filed. Great way to keep in contact with the Vet
I know this app has other great uses, but when we had a very ill cat, we were able to get updated immediately from our vet! We would get notes every few hours when they were closely watching him, along with a nightly call, but having the little updates was so nice!!! And our little guy recovered 🥳 We also are notified when shots are due, any labs done, notes for puppy sitters or walkers...it’s just an all around nice site!!! Very easy to use!!!Show lessPoodscell
