Perfect app to keep all my dogs records together
I came upon this app when I was looking to uploading a pet insurance claim with nationwide. I have 2 dogs and have taken pictures of all their records and have them dated per visits with their receipts and records scanned in. I can easily file a insurance claim for my dogs as well. You have the option to share with important people who watch your animals. You can set up appt reminders too. You can even request records from your vet. This is a great app for me and keeps me on my toes to scan everything in when I get it, instead of forgetting about.Show lessmom of Athena and Gracey
Game Changer
This app works really well with our Nationwide pet insurance, which had a clunky (but normal) claim process. As the earlier reviewer states, the multi step process meant you had to block time to do it and often it was forgotten or would just sit. With this app, I comes home from the vet, open the app and in 12 seconds the claim is sent in. Also the after setting up the first direct deposit though secure Chase financial to my back account, the refunds are seamless and faster.

Must have for pet owners
I've had this app for seven months and it's worked perfectly. I had been searching for an app to contain my pets' info and this app went beyond my expectations. I haven't used all the features but I'll talk about which ones I have used. Firstly, the interface is user friendly. I have three dogs and they each have their own "profiles" that include a photo, dob, vet and insurance info, micro chip #, physical description, medical records, notes, and reminders. You can set notifications to remind you when you need to renew a license, rabies vaccine, etc. I use the Notes section to add photos of rabies certificates, licenses, and other proof of vaccinations that you might need to show a boarding kennel. Before this app, I had to find all of that paper work and bring out with me to a kennel as per their requirements in order to board my dogs. This way I have all the info I need in my pocket! I have insurance through Nationwide and submitting a claim using this app is a breeze. Just select the pet, the vet, visit date & reason, then the claim amount & snap a photo of your invoice and send! It's that easy. You'll get an email (as long as it's on file with your insurance company) confirming your request.

I love this app. Submitting a claim is so annoying when the vet can’t do it. My dog has medications that we receive monthly. I saved the description in my notes, and can easily copy and paste to make the process easier. Then it’s easy to take a snap on my phone of invoices and receipts. No more scanning and saving and emailing etc. this is great!
I gave it four stars only bc as of now it seems the vets I've been to are not included. I don’t know if it’s coincidence but I would think I’m not getting all the benefits. I continue to request for hen to be added but no luck yet.

Fantastic App!
When I first moved to DC, the vet (Atlas Vet) I decided to choose for my furbaby recommended this app. I am glad that I took their advice!
This app has made my life so much easier! I like to take my dog to events in DC, but they may require vaccination record, which is fine, but I didn't own a printer. Having to go through the hassle of going to get it printed, then losing it after the day was redundant. With this app, I just have to pull it up right on the app.
If I forget any advice/information i received during the vet visit, it will be in the app. It's just so great to have all that easily accessible.
I recently signed up for Pet Insurance with Nationwide and not even realizing it, you can use this app directly with your insurance! It's amazingly easy to file a claim! I'm so glad to have this app on my phone.Show lesshigh im krystal
Makes our insurance claims 10 million times easier
This app has made a HUGE difference in the ease of submitting claims for our pup. She has a multitude of chronic medical issues so I submit a few claims a month. What used to take me 40+ minutes to fill out forms, find stamps, envelope (blahhh) now takes me probably less than 30 seconds.
My only suggestion (and probably not possible) but would be a direct link to be able to view claims in process and the ability to make the direct deposit selection directly from the app... but man... we love this!Show lessKBremi
Pet Claims Streamlined
Finally, a pet insurance app that takes the dread out of filing pet claims! So easy to use and rendered paper useless. With a few clicks and a few pics, my claim was submitted! I think it took a total of less than three minutes to submit my claim. What would I like to see next? The status of the claim processing right on this same amazing app would be great! I have to log in to my insurance company to follow up. Maybe that's in the future but for now I am very happy with the app filing!Show lessNjennyC
Great for submitting claims, junk for everything else
This app has made the process of submitting claims to our pet insurance extremely easy. But there is no feedback loop in the actual app or website to know the status of your claims or see them after they’ve been submitted.
The majority of the app is designed around keeping track of your pets records, but the process for getting the records from the vet and into the system has been extremely frustrating. I have explained to their customer service that my vet has sent the records multiple times but under my wife name. I have provided her name and yet they have not attached the records. Instead they keep calling my vet who is getting frustrated at this point. We even changed the records to include my name on them twice but it hasn’t helped. Responses from the customer service takes sometimes months.
This app and vet medical records system has so much potential, but the poor customer service is going to have me moving on to submitting claims directly if it isn’t improved.Show lessMstngpunk

I’ve never reviewed an app before, but I had to for this, because it’s such a time saver. I’ve let other vet bills go to the wayside because it was such a hassle, or attachments didn’t go through correctly, got sent back, etc.
This app saves so much time and helps keep my claims timely. We have a 2 year old pup who really only needs a yearly check up these days, but this app is still such a time saver. Highly recommend!!Show lessBaileycatBK

Really like having this app. Very easy to use and logical to interact with. I also think it’s great to have all of the vets notes at hand as well as medical history and whatnot. Sometimes you wonder what they’ve written or noted and this makes all of that information available without pestering the vet each visit or trying to keep your own database.
