So Much Easier
Submitting claims was a hassle. You had to find the claim form, print, fill it out claim form, then scan to computer to email. Now you just scan paperwork that goes with the claim. Now you just fill out the claim form on the app include paperwork as attached & BOOM that’s it. So much easier. This app has other information useful for pet owners like getting records of your pet to have the information wherever you take your pet whether it be on vacation or you went to another vet location because your primary vet wasn’t open. App only works if your vet also uses it
Just download the app and spend 10-15 min plugging information into it. Then I find out that the app only works if your vet uses it also. Wish I would have know this prior.
You can type in some information, but can’t even set a calendar alert for meds or appointments without the bet’s participation. I know when her next vet visit is and when to give her monthly meds, but just want to have a calendar app to track this and keep all my dog’s information in one spot. So I invited the vet to use the app and now I have to wait and see if they will. Hope they participateShow lessWalking wizard
Terrific App, Easy to Use
App is easy to use and navigate. Absolutely appreciate that you can electronically submit claims through the app. With my prior pet insurance, claims had to be submitted by paper, which was a hassle, printing the claim forms, filling them out, buying stamps, ugh! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone who has Nationwide Pet insurance to download and use this app. I can make appointments, view medical records, refill medications. I have two dogs that I have put on this app and it’s so nice to be able to differentiate the two without having to sort and file actual paperwork. I wasn’t made aware this app existed until I was sent the link to download, it’s amazingly convenient. Staff is always warm, the environment is always welcoming and the experience is personal without the clinical tone.. I don’t feel so anxious when I know they’re waiting to provide top-notch care to my fur baby. I trust them with their lives. You should too. Price point is lower than surrounding competition but the quality is what matters. Absolutely unmatched in the geographical market/area. period. 👍🏼Show lessbrownc1031

I absolutely love using this app! It’s so helpful in scheduling appointments and keeping up with refills. It’s super convenient as well for those who don’t have time to go into the vet each month since you can refill prescriptions on the app and just go pick them up! Definitely a must when Managing Your Pets’s Care!
Can’t remember how I stumbled upon this app but I have Nationaide Insurance and they may have mentioned this but not sure.
I just wanna say this app has been very very useful in submitting my claims for my fur baby(cat of 14.5 yrs) who has been slowly declining but has made it possible to easily get reimbursed in which I’m able to use it to get her pain medication each time. My poor kitty is hanging in there. Though this has been very emotional for me, using this app has given me piece of mind knowing I can provide comfort to her during such a difficult time. Love this app
I have been using this app for several months and simply love it. I have several pets and it keeps all their health information in separate profiles with pictures of them. Information can be shared with family,vets,dog groomers walkers etc. I can request refills on each pets medication make appointments. Everything I need for my continued care of my babies is at my fingertips. It keeps record of all medications,procedures,X-rays,lab work and alerts me to any upcoming vaccinations or tests that need to be done. Highly recommend for any pet owners. Wonderful asset
I have the paper records of my dog, but having the app on a phone which I always have with me is wonderful. If something were to happen (god forbid) and he had to go in for an emergency, you have your records with you always because everyone has their phones with them. Everything is user friendly and it’s a great way to be able to send out the records to whoever may need them (boarding places, other vets etc) the only downside is if you go to a vet that doesn’t use the service and then you have gaps because they can’t implement the newest data. Won’t open, continuously searching for account.
It is extremely frustrating to have spent hours setting up my account, loading profiles and per information, linking veterinary services used, requesting document uploads, etc, etc., only to be unable to access my account through this app! It is working up to a point, in that I can see I have a notification...but the app cannot proceed beyond “searching for account” as it hangs! The paws continue to spin, but there is nothing happening in the background short of working in a loop.
Many users have complained about the app hanging in various processes during use and MANY of us don’t even get the chance to use it a second time!! And it doesn’t appear to be addresses, let alone resolved, in any of the recent updates. WHEN will you fix this problem?!Show lessNOT A HAPPY user...

I recently just started using this app and it was very easy to navigate. After months of the insurance company saying they weren’t receiving faxes invoices, it was immediately resolved when I submitted through the app. I was even able to attach photos of all the receipts with one combined total and received reimbursement very quickly. Going forward just instantly using app to submit claims. I very rarely write up reviews but this one definitely gets two paws up!Show lessET3579
