Terrible App
I unfortunately have to use this app for my residential parking permit where I live.
This app is TERRIBLE. As most have pointed out it gets stuck on the city map and get this it won't even pull up my city. It's impossible to use and when you need to contact support the page doesn't exist.
I have complained to my city in regard to this change and how not user friendly this portal is.
I hate that I'm forced to use it.

I picked the wrong car
No way the app lets me fix my car So paid twice

You should have the location code posted at the machine

App is not intuitive
It takes to long to credit a purchase from OXO
They say that in my take up to 24 hours to Credit the amount I pay but has been more than 24 hours and still I cannot see my balance that Friend there’s the application totally useless. I tried to charge it inna OXO I think that they overcharge me and I still cannot see my balance.
Not user friendly and slow to operate
This app is frustrating to use. The user experience is not efficient.
Poorly designed app
Non responsive, would not let me set a location on the app. The QR code doesn’t work either. Just save your time and use the payment machine
Super dumb app
There are so many simple, easy to use parking apps. This one is by far the worst one.

I used this app to make a parking payment and got fined still. I contacted the support team and they are not taking responsibility of the issue in their app.
