My apartment building uses this app as our key and it’s trash. Will randomly reset your key and you need to delete the app and redownload to get it back or have your building manually resend it. Also the SALTO reader for the building door always malfunction.
Terrible Update
You can’t receive the App before the key is sent, however, until the previous guests checks out, the hotel can’t send you a key. An infinite loop of hopelessness by software writers who A) don’t understand Hotel environments and B) and fail to communicate with end users.

Just stayed here and used this app. All worked brilliantly and gorgeous motel..
Decent & convenient App HOWEVER
Would be GREAT IF the App could be used in the Apple Watch too!!!
It’s okay
It’s not a badly made app, but there are a lot of things that should be changed. It’s annoying when you use it and your apple wallet pops up. There needs to be an app for your Apple Watch

The widget appears to no longer exist in the app. This is disappointing as it would have made the app so much more convenient.

Great Idea poor execution
While the app does work as advertised, it’s a pain to open up each time you want to open your door at your condo. The fact this doesn’t have a widget for a Home Screen, wallet support, or a watch app is a travesty in 2022.
Not to full potential
The application needs an iWatch version! They also need to be able to transfer access for visiting guest, put it on a limited timer to expire guest transfers.
Finally, they have 0 technical support, no way to contact the company. Looks like an European group that trying to outsmart the customer who has choices. You get any color as long as it’s black.
