Nothing works
I signed up for couple events that required Active App. I have connected them on a computer and even created teams, but when i look at the app on my phone none of the events are showing under my profile. No past, no future. What’s the point of having this up if you cannot see the event you signed up for......Show lesshonoratka
Not enough events, not enough member benefits
I’m trying our the premium membership... I was hoping to see more ways to use my premium membership in the app. It didn’t connect a race that I’ve signed up for prior to being a premium member. I found more race events with google... Obviously not every race uses Active. That’s sort of the core issue. This app only advertises their races and it’s less than a third of the events that I sign up for.Show lessbcorner83

Awful app
One of the worst apps I have come across in a long time. When you try and do a search then the server is mostly unavailable. For any useful info the app reverts back to a webpage in any event so there is no need to upload the app.Aucklandguy
Beware! There’s a hidden button that charges you $90!
I have used the Active website to purchase 5k runs and others..BUT when you use the app they have a little box checked somewhere..and I’m savy don’t get me wrong..but apparently they need memberships so badly they’ll underhandedly check that box and wham! You’ve just purchased a $90 membership you never wanted. Just a heads up. Also, when you call in they’ll make you feel like you just changed your mind...not apologizing and taking any of the blame. Good search tool; Some events aren’t listed.
The app has pretty nice and easy to use Search and Filter options. The profile section is great since it keeps your Completed races. My only issue is when I search for races, that not all appear to be listed.sushi-panda
Easy way to find events, app outdated
I love this app. I can find events in my area in whatever category I choose.
The only problem is the app seems outdated. I also can’t access websites from the app.

Horrible
This is the worst app it doesn’t do anything you can’t claim you’re registration and I called customer service please don’t get me started they give you the runaround. First you can’t find the # you have to google it then you call it it’s no help and you have to call another # smh ridiculous. Luckily who you talk to is very polite and try to be helpful but it is really nothing they can do. I just wanted to transfer my registration it shouldn’t be that hard but apparently it is. A bad experience I doubt I use them again. So no more mud runs. THANKS.Show lessnilara

Awful app causes stress when you can’t find your event ticket etc... deleted it and started again but doesn’t make a difference. Can’t change details on it as it says there is a user with my email... yes it’s me... this happens every year with events I enter... stick to emailshajvehscsk
Awful app
On the website I can see my events. In the app it tells me I’m not registered for any. Logged in and out, deleted and reinstalled the app, and still it doesn’t work.
Have used the app for 2 different events 12 months apart and nothing has changedpjvravxevyk
