Doesn’t cover all currently registered races
So after spending a couple hours of my time and a friend’s time this morning trying to figure out why the heck 6 races she registered me for were not showing up, I realized they are on the website but not the app. Before you even ask, yes, it’s the same email address on the active web account as what I had logged into the app. Such a waste of time. Decent app could use some work
Outside of the issues with filtering and finding exactly what you’re looking for, the lack of compatibility with screen resolutions for the last two generations of iPhones is frustrating. The mobile website gives you a better experience than the app which makes the app of limited use at best.MuteWitness9

Severely dislike the app. Pretty useless.
I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of keeping track of the race I just recently entered. To be fair, the website did not have any info neither despite the fact that I had just signed up a couple of days ago. But the app also didn’t have my family’s information to make it easy to sign everyone up for any future events.
I gave one star because the app does show ongoing events with open registrations.Show lessasriah17
Can be deceptive
This site can be very deceptive in not he way it presents events and in the way it presents signing up for memberships. Be very careful and detailed when reading and before registering events. Also, they do not help in any way with any type of cancellation or refunding from the event promoters. Really good at taking your registration fee quickly, but not in helping with a mistake.Show lessMimigorton
Great app to register for all sorts of Runs/Races
I like the fact you can register for all sorts of events and you'll be good togo. My only problem with the app is when you click on links from the app it doesn't really go anywhere. Jus stays loading and loading and nothing happens. Even when you review results.Highly Explosive
Internal Browser Issues
I enjoy the ability to see races in one place, but the app struggles with web content like articles and race information. It seems as if whatever browser extension is being used is incapable of displaying the full page.i_am_johnson
Active app
There is no point in owning the active app. I have an event coming up and my ticket doesn't even show up. I also tried registering in the event though active and it basically takes me to the mobile site with tons of annoying banner ads that gets in the way. If the active app is going to direct me to the mobile web page, I wouldn't need the app right?Show lesslazyxness
Needs serious face lift, difficult to use
Seems like this app was made for the iPhone 3... needs a serious face lift, it’s also very difficult to use when purchasing a race admission. I bet it turns a lot of potential users away. Much like the Active website, they could definitely look at improving their user experience on both ends.Dr.JGW
Worst App and site ever
I hate this app and the site. Half my events don’t come up and navigating the site and app is a nightmare. I really hope I don’t have to use this in the future. Worst thing ever. I have talked to one nice lady live with the company but then had to deal with two people that had no interest in helping me what’s so ever.Show lessKnob84
