Still a lot of the articles are not loading up completely. I’d say if an article is outdated, just remove it.Stnoelangelo
Terrible
My upcoming event doesn't show up in the app which makes it completely useless. Many others have the same issue. Tried to contact support but their email addresses has issues accepting email! You guys really need to sort this out...Scott Baigrie
Poor search, poor interface, mediocre support
Just tried to use the app and the website. Very poor search filters. No defaults (like events nearby or soon timeframe). Took several calls to fix login troubles. Could be much more useful but very slow/almost no development. I expect they are waiting on a buyer.GreenPeace3k
Doesn’t work in Europe
Worked fine in the states now it won’t pull up anything in my area. I know there are races because they pop up all the time on insta with active in a different language. But as soon as I open the app to look for activities I just get the ring of death.... tried to reinstall the app, turned off vpn and same outcome. Shouldn’t be this hard to search. Registration
I spent 2 days trying to register for a race ,it kept telling me my details were already registered for the run but they wasn’t it was my husband who was registered with a similar email add.
Ended up having to register me through my husbands account by changing his detail.
We won’t be entering any more events through this site because of the hassle to registerShow lessDawnj414
Don’t bother
Registered for an event, was told I had to register with active although didn’t want to. Reluctantly registered, active website barely readable on iPhone so tried the app. Event registered on website not showing on app, all I want is to find out my event start time! Terrible app, terrible support
Trying to add a pre purchased event to your wallet is impossible. Tough Mudder should consider dropping this platform, last year was much better to add a team and members. Just doesn’t work together, makes it extremely difficult and puts you off future events.Gazza913
I would definitely recommend
The app overall is great for finding races nearby, or in other cities you wish to run in. My only complaints are the virtual runs that are listed as actual races-they should remain in the virtual category. Also, I wish it included all races in that area, aside from those registered with Active. I'll go through the app and then go on another website to see which ones are not listed. Events not updating
I can see my event in the web browser but not in the app.
