Fix filter!
Filter system inefficient and inaccurate. Can’t figure out how to add an event if I registered for the event before downloading the app. It only seems to want to add it by trying to force me to register all over again. Other apps are just easier to use for this purpose.Luhlar

Ability to filter is very limited
I was looking for an ultra marathon, in the fall. Preferably 50 miles. Thinking a search of 50 miles or 50 miler, anywhere in the US, would be enough to find races of 50 miles. The search results included 15+ different triathlons and a series of 5k’s. This app is a coat hanger abortion. Just terrible. It appears that the sponsored events appear as the top search results, regardless of their relevance. Imagine if you searched for iPhone cases on google, and 200 result for skateboards were the result. That’s what this app is. SmhShow lessphillyinatl

Delay in list caused error
I was doing my race calendar, and registering on this app, but things so not show up in the list right away. So using the list of upcoming in the app Les me to believe I hadn't registered yet for one of my events. Because of this I registered again. Then both registrations showed up in the list. I've been fruitlessly contacting both Active as well as the race director to get one registration cancelled and refunded. So far it's been a week and no reply. Hope I'm not stuck paying double because of the lag in displaying my upcoming.
Aside from that, it's convenient that most every race can be registered here, even using my Rock N Roll Series Tour Pass. That was surprisingly nice and easy.Show lessdisplay lag costly

Registration summary on mobile app not available with details that are available via website , for example race day transportation payment and race day pick up available via website, but not via mobile appNatey82
Location issue
Just installed the app, signed in to my account (was showing my upcoming events fine)
Decided to see what other events are available to sign up to, and changed the search to find events within 25 miles of my location. Considering I’m in London, I was surprised to see that Cardiff & Washington DC are actually that close to me, who knew 🤪😂Show lessPDK100

I have deleted and downloaded this app 3 times with no avail. Although I have saved my address as being the UK it still brings me up races in America. On the website it has registered I am booked on a race but the app states I have no upcoming events. It’s as if they don’t communicate. All I can say about this app is very frustrating, would not recommend, unless they sort out their issuesShow lessKezzek

The App should included the info of the locations where it works. Because it is a waste of time to download it after booking an event, to then find out that it doesn’t cover the chosen location. What a waste of a potencial nice app!! It is neglecting more users outside the USA and Canada.Luna_pc
Frustrating at times
The mobile app is good with looking like the actual website but the problem I have is some events show up on the website but not the app. I’m currently looking at a race I want to do on the website but cannot find on the mobile app. Would be great if each event had a reference number or at least an email button to send to friends to prevent this shortfall from preventing friends from missing an event.Show lessLilhab
