    All of the app functions are free, which makes it easily accessible to anyone struggling with mental health. The amount of care put in this app is lovely. 5/5 stars highly recommend using it!
  • The app doesn’t allow me to create an account

    The app is very good, but it's limiting me because it doesn't even allow me to create an account. I would like to participate in the Forums, but without a registered account, I cannot. Why is this error happening to me with the app? Please, I want to know how to solve it. Thank you.
  • Amazing

    I’ve only had it for a day but it seems so good! I wanted an app to write diary entries to track my mood and this has everything. What makes it better than other apps I’ve tried is that instead of picking one mood that you feel, you can pick as many as you like

    i’ve just got this app today so i can’t really say if it’s actually helped me or not.. but i’ve read through everything and i love all the information and different feelings you can choose because i don’t always know or can explain how i’m feeling and this app helps a lot. i’m going to try to use this app everyday and i think it’s really going to help me. and it’s COMPLETELY FREE!!! you just have to donate for different colours and themes which doesn’t matter to me

  • A hidden gem - lots of good resources and helpful advice for depression and anxiety

    It may not be the flashiest app but there are a lot of great resources in here. I find myself coming back to it often and feel like every time I discover a new feature or just rediscover something that speaks to me.

    If you suffer from anxiety/panick attacks or depression I personally think this is a lifesaver (not sure if it help any others)
  • Really good app but wish they still updated it

    I like this app and it has helped me a lot but seeing as this app is fairly old it’s no receiving more updates for quality of life or bug fixes. I wish there was a way to submit feedback.
  • Just the best app I’ve ever downloaded!

    It’s like 10 apps in one, no jokes.
    There’s a section full of activities to instantly calm you down.

    You can find thinking patterns that makes you deeply analyse they way you act everyday.

    You can keep your own diary.

    They created a section with inspirational quotes, a section with metaphors which really makes you understand how many views of the same point you can have.

    You can track your new good habits to keep them and you bad habits to get rid of them.

    Also, there’s a forum where everyone can post, comment and give advice to each other.

    And many more things! All free!

    It’s my new safe space, I just love it!

  • Love it but needs an update!!

    I love this app. I Check it every now and then when I have anxiety, but it would be a lot better if there was an update to make it a little bit more modern because it looks like an app I would’ve had 10 years ago on iPhone 4 but other than that I love it and I highly recommend it!

    Great app that I’ve been using for years but I suddenly can’t make posts on the forums despite being logged into my account. I have no clue how to contact someone about this issue.
