  • More than I could’ve hoped for!

I have been going through a depressed period for a while and I was looking for apps to help with mental health — it is organised so well and has really helped me get through my days easier so thank you so much for creating a great, free app!! I appreciate it a lot
  • I love this app however....

I really love this app, it has been super helpful to me recently. However if i try to post on the “forum” or reply to someone else’s post i get a message pop up saying that I am not signed in correctly and when I click “OK” it goes onto a loading page with no back button so I have to exit the app and then go back on it again. I haven’t been able to sort this out no matter what changes I make to my account.

  • Must Have for Mental Health Support

I’ve been really struggling with anxiety and depression lately and this app is amazing. Super helpful, free to use, and simple to navigate. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
  • So far so good

I downloaded this app on a recommendation, an then didn’t open it for five days. Once I did though, it was a relief to realize that I must not be alone if this app was created in the first place. There is some great info here, and ideas for developing new techniques to deal with my emotions. Looking forward to spending more time here.

  • It feels too good to be true

It’s so generous of the developer to offer this app for free. The amount of intuitive and useful content it provides is second to none. Thank you for such an incredible app, it can change lives for the better.
  • Wow.

It really helped me out with anxiety and worries and still does. Sometimes when I can’t sleep or am thinking too much i write my thoughts in the diary section of this app , and it’s honestly a game changer. It has psychological scenarios, like when we think we can predict the future or know what others are thinking . It opens a world to you where you can say whatever you feel and you don’t have to feel bad or justify it.Thank you so much for this app!

  • Best app ever

I have been seeking an app to help me manage my life and I came across what’s up and i am completely blown away. I have literally just started using it and I love it. You can tell that that thought and sincerity was put into making this app. It’s completely free unless you want different themes and it’s perfect!

  • 👏👏👏

I’m very impressed! This app is everything that’s right, honestly. I was so skeptical. I have several diagnosis including C-PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, Panic Disorder, bipolar 1, agoraphobia, dissociation, etc. If I have a bad enough panic attack, I lose nights of sleep, which triggers my bipolar mania. I can have panic attacks because I’m afraid of having a panic attack. I work hard for my stability and if I think I’m losing it I fall apart.

My point is, this app helps me tremendously when I’m triggered. It grounds me in ways I’ve heard of in therapy but haven’t been able to utilize during episodes. Now that these proven methods are all in one app, I can use them without much effort.

Yesterday I called a crisis line. When that didn’t work I figured I’d look for anything else to help. It’s the weekend and it’s New Years, my counselor isn’t available. This app is always there; when it’s late, the weekend, anytime.

If you struggle at all with any aspect of your mental health, I highly recommend this app. Especially if you have panic attacks or things like ptsd or agoraphobia. It could save you hours or days of recovery time.

To the creator(s) of this app. From the bottom of my black-and-blue heart, thank you 🙏

UPDATE: I do not recommend the forums they are toxic. Everything else 10/10

So there’s no forget password and I accidentally deleted it. I had a lot of journal saved and now I can’t access them.
Also after accidentally deleting it set it up again. So I guess there’s no way of getting my old journal entry’s
