  • App Crashes So Often

It’s unfortunate. I really like the LifePrint concept. And if ur worked, this would be a really awesome little gadget. The truth is, this app crashes so often that I just don’t even use the printer anymore. I’d they fix the app - I’d give it five star for sure
  • It sucks

    This app sucks
  • Worth it!!!

I NEVER write reviews for apps but I feel like I need to stand up for this one. A lot of people are complaining about the app but everything works for me! Yes, there are bugs and it freezes sometimes but you HAVE to give these developers some credit. I am a software engineer and this stuff is hard, especially augmented reality. So for my final opinion, the app could use a couple bug fixes but do not let that stop yourself from getting a life printer!

  • Just not so good

I got the printer a while ago as a present. When it actually works, the printing quality is only ok. 90% of the time, between every single photo it'll come up with some error, usually that there’s no paper. So you can to open it up, put the paper back in, wait for it to print a test and THEN you can print your photo. I’ve just spent the last 50 minutes printing four photos. Just print them some other way.

  • Constant issues

I have consistent issues with printing. Pictures don’t clear from the queue after printing so I have to delete them or they print over again any time I open it, which wastes the paper. The app freezes when attempting to turn off hyperphoto to print a still. Those are just a few recent issues, but there have been more. It is unendingly frustrating to have things print when I didn’t want them to or not print when I do and having to spend way too much time trying to work around things to just get a picture to print. Really disappointed.

  • Slow, laggy, bad UX and ugly UI

The printer is cool. The app is so bad in functionality and design. Looks like it was designed back in the 90s.

Unacceptable that when you take your time to edit your photo and ready to print then the app freezes EVERYTIME. Frustrating.
  • No response after several requests

This app and tool should be awesome. However, none of us really need another social media platform. I’ve now asked several times through their support/contact function some basic questions around privacy and specifically how much access the app has to my photo library. All I hear are crickets. Despite a few emails sent, 10 days later no response from the maker. Too bad. Seemed a cool little idea. Gonna sell my printer on EBay, never used. My bad for buying before checking this company out. Looking at previous reviews now, I hope they can pull it together. Disappointed.

  • Lots of bugs, slow app, and does not connect to printer smoothly

Please update the app. It’s very slow and does not connect properly to the printer.

UPDATE: WHAT A USELESS APP!!! Hyperphoto has never worked for me! Returning this rubbish to Apple. Can’t believe Apple is selling this in-store. Excellent idea, but you’ve ruined it. The app is so slow and very unintuitive. It won’t scan hyperphotos.

  • Horrible App

Not user friendly at all. It will only print one picture at once and then you have to restart the app and the printer. I can only print 4 pictures at a time before the app won’t print anymore for the moment. Sometimes pictures will print multiple times when I only press print once. So frustrating. I only use the app because I have no other option.

  • Aweful

Every time I turn printer on it keeps printing the same picture over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over, see how annoying that is. Waste of time and money. I had hi hopes for this but I won’t buy new paper because I all ready have 9 of the same pictures of my cat. I don’t need any more. Thanks for that, I made a photo album and put all the pictures In it now my friends think I’m obsessed with my cat.
