  • Just OK, get it anyway.

    It’s helpful & easier to obtain tickets using the app. Using the website is plodding and inconsistent.
    The app is seriously quirky & glitchy. It will refuse your credit card with no explanation.
    It’s best to create an account, before using the app to purchase tickets. It takes the company’s server time to recognize your account and send a confirmation email.
    The app will give / print your train ticket with no information on it. No train number, no departure time, no track number.
    Having the correct ticket seems to be inconsequential, we were informed by the ticket office that as long as you have a ticket going in your desired general direction, the conductor will validate your ticket on board.
    The more you use it, you learn to navigate it better.

    Can’t log in says password incorrect then the captcha incorrect I tried 100 times and i was entering ot correctly. Frustrated.

    Ancora non ho capito come digitare i biglietti che ho comprato. La procedura dovrebbe essere semplicissima. Visto che io biglietto e’ gia’ nel sistema io dovrei solo fare un click per avere l’immagine. Invece, una perdita assoluta di tempo!!
  • Many functions don’t work

    This is a clunky unreliable app. In a number of ways. These are two which I have found to my annoyance:

    1. Credit card details seem to be impossible to amend once one credit card is saved to the app. If you want to change the card you pay with you have to enter all the details (number, expiry, name , vide) every time all the credit card details.

    2. If you want to message customer services for help, it is not possible to tick/check the box to confirm you understand the data use requirements. Therefore yiu are blocked from
    Sending the message.

  • Can’t Even Log In

    I signed up for an account and then when I try and login I get an error message.

    Does not let you store your payment method and navigating the app is a nightmare. So counterintuitive and inflexible. Just hate it.
