  • Keep saying no ticket,

    Came to the station and brought the ticket finally
  • Lack of basic features

    There is no button to log off or to change password. There is no option to enter a credit card within the account.
  • English translation is broken

    In English mode many buttons are still in Italian.
    Some text is incorrectly translated.
    Accounts are required to buy tickets, but the app does not allow access to Apple’s secure password generator.
    After creating a new account on the website, the app incorrectly rejected my credentials for a few minutes.
    After buying a ticket the Show button for my ticket stopped working before the conductor showed up to check my QR code. Fortunately I had already copied it to Apple Wallet.

  • Apple Pay would help

    Having Apple Pay option would make even easier getting tickets from the app!

    Mi sino trovata malissimo nel prenotare il biglietto sul sito website. Sito non per funzionante. Con i soldi dei biglietti sarebbe un passo avanti per l’italia avere dei siti facilmente agibili.
    Trovanso il sito website non funzionante ho scaricato l’app la quale funziona lentamente. Il ripristino della password NON PER NIENTE FUNZIONANTE in quanto continuava a spuntare la pagine “non disponibile”

    Fate qualcosa!!!! È un servizio pubblico importante ai giorni d’oggi dovw tutti noi stiamo cercando di ridurre l’utilizzo delle auto.

  • Rude personnel

    We bought 1st class tickets on Trenord from Milano Centrale to Lugano. In Milano there are “assistants” that are supposed to help in the station. I asked four times how to know which car is first class and they either didn’t respond or said to “just get on the train”. Mostly they did so by yelling at us. Very unkind and they obvious really don’t care about customer service.
    Trenitalia was far superior. Staff more professional and your car and seat clearly marked.
    My advice, avoid Trenord if you are not experienced with the Italian train system.
