I booked a ticket as a guest and never had an email or text about it. Had to buy another ticket at the even though we had proof of purchase on credit card. Ridiculous. Only useful as train infoVroomer

Trenord is so Bad, I took an early train from milano to Lugano and because I had class at 10 am and was supposed to get there at 9:03 I’ve been stuck in the train for 3 hours made me miss my first 2 classes in the morning.... Don’t take TrenordGianhhh

If you don’t sign-up/register you can’t save tickets or even saving in the Apple wallet.
UX (user experience) need a lot of rethinking as clearly it hasn’t been taken into consideration.UX expert1

This app is almost as bad as Trenitalia’s railway service as a whole: incredibly, a month after introducing a new ticketing system, customers still cannot buy tickets via the app. If you purchase a ticket from Albairate to Milano you get a “non available to buy” message: it’s ridiculous. The level of incompetence and ineptitude is astounding, even for Trenitalia. Considering that most stations of their horrifying light train system - known as passante - have no automatic ticket sellers or even working validating machines it’s impossible for travelers to buy a ticket. This company is a joke. I truly hope that ATM will take over.Show lessTrenitalia Odia i Pendolari
