A pain to deal with

My gym uses this system, I cannot reliably log workouts in the app, it constantly lags and cannot sync correctly. Search features are a bit buggy at times and return no results.

I would love to have the app work without lagging and syncing correctly as it seems well designed.

Also can never get my Apple Watch to sync to equipment in my gym.

No option to get data from exercise bikes

My apartment gym has technogym stationary bikes. None of them will connect in the app (I’ve tried everything) so there is no ability to actually get data from your ride- like distance, watts, resistance, etc. It’s super frustrating because I’ve tried everything to get the equipment to connect on the app but nothing has worked, and I hate working out in a black hole. I feel like it should be pretty basic to at least get distance from a bike.

The app is also really difficult to navigate.

Tons of bells and whistles without basic functionality

I just want to track my indoor runs using the app. 3 runs at 3 different gyms and still nothing saves to the app despite syncing the app to each treadmill.
Application also does not connect to my Apple Watch. Customer support has said they would reply weeks ago (no reply).

This app has potential but is very poorly designed focusing on unnecessary aspects while ignoring the basics. Huge waste of time and effort.

Cool idea but so far not impressed

The app is glitchy and has frozen several times mid workout and I had to reset it ( it did know where I left off). You can't edit or see your actual set if you didn't finish all the reps. You can't edit a completed workout if there was a mistake entered. ( This happened when it first crashed). I like the coach and the programs but the interface between the technobike or treadmill and app is not accurate. Oh and you can only list your height in feet! I put in 5'10" and it goes to 6. My friend is fixed at 5 feet...??? What's going on?

Bugs?

I create my own workouts using the app and log all my weight lifted. Or gym has a running leaderboard but the app appears not to sync the weight I have lifted to this. A bit frustrating.

Terrible app

A lot of issues with the app, syncing, loading, calculate … ex right on homepage, select on date won’t work. Share them the feedback then they say like it works like that and nothing wrong … it means terrible design, right on homepage, allow to click but have nothing to do ???

This app is a bit of a joke for tracking “moves”. Of course they won’t tell you what a move is.
We are required to use this for my work and get so many of these mysterious moves.
My wife will walk more steps and have more activity in a day and I’ll get twice as many “moves” as she does.
She has a Fitbit and I have an Apple Watch.
What counts as a move?

This app is no good if it’s not paired to the right equipment

This is a binary app - you either start or finish your workout, there is no in between.

I’m using it at a gym that doesn’t use Technogym equipment, but they do use the software for workouts, so it’s pretty useless.. no ability to pause a workout, see your progress or interact with the app when your workout is in progress.

Also very poor Apple watch support.

I’d rather a paper workout and use my Apple fitness and watch..

Sorry, I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but o find this be a poor app. If my gym is paying to use the subscription, I hope you lift your game and fix it.

Terrible app and equipment

This company is way behind, doesn’t work with Apple Watch. Glitchy on iPhone, crashes. My next gym will be one without Technogym.

So much promise but clunky and laggy

I was quite excited about the potential of this app but having used it I’m overall pretty underwhelmed. It’s supposed to sync with the routines my gym has set up for me but no joy on that front. Then I tried manually entering the exercises. That worked ok but for particular machines it won’t accept weights even though they are on the machine! For instance I tried entering a weight of 36kg for a horizontal leg press and it automatically changed it to 35kg. Finally the app freezes often, especially in the programs tab. My phone is not that old so this is definitely an app performance issue. Overall not chomping at the bit to get back onto this app.
