  • UPGRADE = NOT A CHANCE 😡

    Luckily I haven’t upgraded from my “working” version “3.1.10” to the poorly sounding versions that have came after it! (currently as writing V3.1.16)
    Now my app keeps telling me that i need to upgrade to the latest version (which is very annoying) and hope i am not forced into upgrading to a “NON-Working Version!!!🤬...There is no way on earth I would buy or recommend any of you’re products based on this garbage you call software 😤

  • Not working anymore

    This used to be a great app and camera setup, but now it takes so long to load the app and camera display that it’s awful. Please hurry up and release an update to fix it.
  • Used to be adequate. Now just awful.

    This app used to be ok. No more than that, but it more or less did a job.

    Now, for some reason, it won’t leave you logged in and when you open the app it takes several minutes to log in. Then several more minutes for it to allow you to view the cameras or any saved footage.

    Basically, just enough time for someone to burgle your house and leave before you’re able to catch them at it.

    I’d now avoid any cameras that made you use this app. I’ll be changing my cameras at home in the new year because of them.

  • Awesome picture quality

    The camera and app are slick! Wide angle cameras give you the view that most others in the market can't. You can see the cameras when you are miles away working or travelling through the Meshare app, as long as you have network service on your phone.
  • Everything in 1 app!

    I really love Meshare cameras, they have an entire line of different types of cameras, from outdoor cameras to indoor cameras. I have two outdoor cameras and just got another indoor camera yesterday, they all fit in the same app and I can share the viewing of the cameras with others so that they can check the cameras on their phones.

  • This last update screwed everything up

    Update:
    I have change this from one start to five because the system is not working and the support group which a contact it was awesome

    I have had no problems with this app till now. This last update will not let me in to see my camera. It tell me to enter a password when I do it says time out.
    This has happen at the worst time we are out of town. Wishing I never got this system now,

  • Time out

    I’ve had these cameras for a number of years, they have always worked flawlessly in the past but that now is in the past, now there is a steady diet of hitting login & if lucky enough it will allow you to login & then only to crash & then each time you must start the process over & 99% of the time it says timeout as you try again, I get notifications that I can’t view & becomes frustrating & not worth the effort, I will buy better cameras, if I’ve heard it once I’ve heard it a thousand times you get what you pay for & this is certainly what I paid for. ✌🏼

  • Sort of work

    It sort of works but sometimes it takes too long to log in and load the pictures sometimes. I have to kill the app several times to make it work. Software is one of the most important factor that people choose to buy your products. I hope you guys can put more time in the software area.
  • Update Fail!

    We got this camera last year. Worked great, no problems at all until I updated the app about a month ago. Since the update, I’m rarely able to view images from my phone. Constantly tells me to log in then says “timed out.” If I’m trying to view live images, the screen turns black and the app crashes altogether. Constantly receiving various error messages. I’ve tried everything from removing and reinstalling the app, unplugging the device...nothing works. I’ll get a notification that motion was detected but when I tap the alert, the app crashes. Extremely unhappy with the update. If another one comes along soon enough and things go back to normal, I’ll be glad to change my review. Otherwise, don’t waste money on this camera. Not worth it.

  • Not working

    For the last week I have had no live feed. States that the camera is offline and won’t read the SD card! Camera is in full working order and SD card readable as I can see it all on the Zmodo app! Please fix this as soon as possible to enable users to use this app again.
