  • Phasing out Users?!?

    It feel like the makers of Zmodo Camera’s are forcing you offline with the app updates, I echo the last review of camera’s becoming inoperative after the last update. I’m stuck between apps, with neither working to there full potential! You need to get the whip out on the developers, unwind the updates please, as customers have spent money on these devices for nothing.

  • Not working😬😬😬

    After recent updates it stops working. Please fix it.
  • Optimization

    So, this app was great. Loaded up fast and was easy to use and navigate. But since iOS 11 and iPhone X the app has only been giving me problems. Didn’t want to load up any cameras saying they were all offline though they weren’t. Checked with other devices. Now I can’t log in any more saying timeout. Please fix the app because right now it is unusable and useless.

    I can not login in now, you have upgraded, if you really want us to continue buying your equipment please leave the App alone thank you
  • So disappointed

    We have had our camera for probably 2 years. Have never had any problems... until 2 days ago. It usually keeps us logged in, but is now at the login screen prompting us for a password. When we try, it says “Timeout” and does nothing. I have tried support... the chat is useless. Even though I explained all of the steps I already did, I was given a copy and paste of exactly what was on their website (steps I told them I already tried). Their English was horrible, using “bc” and “plz” like they were texting a friend. I tried calling support, the wait time was 63 minutes. I use this camera as a baby monitor, and so have been without a camera for 2 days. So seeing as that I need to buy a new camera, I’m not buying this one again. It was good for so long, but if I can’t rely on it working or having support to help me fix it, it’s useless to me. So disappointed.

  • Rubbish

    Awful!!!! Use this app for a camera in our sons room. Used to work perfectly but with each update it gets worse and worse to the point where it now doesn’t work at all! Ridiculous
  • Fix the bugs

    Another update and another fail-still will not load live view. Please resolve the problems caused by the last two updates ASAP.
  • New update 😡😡

    I “loved” this app and it WAS brilliant. We have 5 cameras connected to it, all of which worked brilliantly until the update last week. Now I can only view 4 of the cameras and the most important one no longer loads. The cameras provide me and my family with an essential link to our Grandad who is 95 years old, who isn’t going to be here for very much longer. Obviously family r with him as much as we all possibly can but there r times when we can’t get. We also use them to supervise his carers and if we r unable to be there the carers can talk to us and we can let them know what’s happening and vide versa. I’ve search all over google to try to find a way to remove this last update but ideally we need them all :(
    If anyone has suggestions as to what we can do, it would be greatly appreciated.

  • 3.1.14 is Broken

    This latest update killed the live video off both my systems! Roll it back please
  • Update disaster

    Each update has been a retrograde step.
    First You removed batch removal of saved alerts so I have to do each one individually. Annoying.
    Now the cameras are not working in live view. One of my cameras has dropped out completely. Please get this sorted out ASAP
