  • Missing too many state and county reminders

    This is very skeletal. It is missing more critical reminders needed for state drivers license, CHL, game and fish, etc. The app needs a summary event list instead of to click several times just to see each alone. It would be helpful to allow the user set their own reminders for 30 and 60 days prior to the deadline or event. Some of us want to pay as soon as possible and not at the latest deadline (eg property you can pay first week of March, even tho the deadline is Oct 31).

  • Thanks again!

    Thanks to Gov2Go I have paid my property trades on time for the last 2 years. I was always paying interest before and forgetting about those infrequent payments. Thanks to everyone on the team!

  • Works as well as the CDC does

    Which is to say it doesn’t work at all. I downloaded this app to get my Covid test results that were supposed to be ready after 72 hours (it’s been over 72 hours and I’ve heard nothing), but the app is totally unusable. It simply pulls up a blank screen. I deleted it and reinstalled it, and it did the same thing. The actual Gov2Go website is also terrible and won’t go past the loading screen with the 3 dots. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  • Huge inconvenience

    Literally had to download the app because the website is all of a sudden acting weird and not under their private control like it used to be not long ago and was literally fine yesterday but the app won’t even load anything it’s just a blank white screen every time even restarted my phone to try to get it to work nothing changed the app literally doesn’t work. Whoever is supposed to make sure these things work needs to do their job and fast otherwise don’t bother making an app just make sure the original website works regardless. How hard is that?

  • Bland and Annoying

    The app logs out after only a couple minutes. You have to log in over and over again. Nothing of real substance on it. I downloaded it just to register for the Covid test and that was convoluted and unorganized. The flow of the app makes little sense.
  • User unfriendly

    The process to start works but the file weekly was nonexistent. I had to call every time. Never gave updates to why payments weren’t coming through and always told me I didn’t have weeks but would pay. Totally backwards. Have had to reapply four times and never accepted my pin but would still pay
  • Not so good now.

    I’ve been using the app to file since the beginning. It stopped responding and is stuck on April 20. I’ve been filing by phone since and that works. I noticed there was a a new version of the app on the App Store. I thought a bit strange that the app never prompted to download a new version but I did so now I have 2 versions on my iPhone 12 and both are still stuck on April 20. I didn’t think you could have 2 versions of the same app on an iPhone. Any tips on what’s the problem?

    This use to be a great app to use until updates and when you contact customer service
    Or support you get basic answers that you can get from unemployment website.I have emailed with issues my weekly claims not showing up to even file it I am now resorting to calling. My claims in so I can get the processed

  • VEC PUA

    It is impossible to get a hold of VEC. I sent Gov2Go a email. They sent me lots of information to scroll through. Fortunately I was able to figure out how to fix my problem. My hats off to Gov2Go Technical Support. Too bad they can’t help out VEC until Covid restrictions are lifted. Thanks Again!
