  • Confusing and Non-Functional

    This app is not intuitive or useful. The learnability is bad; I have to figure out how to use it each time I log in. For the past couple of weeks, I haven’t successfully found a way to file through the app because there is no link available in the “File for weekly benefits” page. The times I have been able to successfully file, I’ve found an entry point through the events section.

    I appreciate that the government is offering an app, I can’t successfully file weekly claims through this app and usually just end up calling.

  • No point in downloading

    First ever review written, I’m in Virginia, not only is this app horrible (removes option to let me file weekly) but unemployment insurance for the majority of people using it during the pandemic is complete and utter garbage. I have not received a single payment since December yet they continue to tell you to file. They have flexed the number of Virginians who filed being so low but it is only low because now one has received benefits since December, in short, there are a lot of Virginians not only suffering but being used to flex statistics that are fraudulent. This is sad, might as well not download, they won’t help you.

  • Not good.....

    Ok not to be dramatic but this is by far the worst app I have ever used. And for some unknown reason this app is missing a key elements like the “back” button and file weekly claims button. It lets you register for unemployment but doesn’t let you file weekly claims. I tried to use the website but it just directed me to this app which is honestly the biggest downgrade because it’s not user-friendly at all. Needs A LOT of improvement.........

  • Dysfunctional

    It is impossible to use the mobile platform to access government services that I am enrolled in. This app feels and operates like it was designed solely by programmers with no consideration for user experience design.

    If you are enrolled in a government service through the site, there should be a button on your dashboard to access that service easily. This isn’t rocket science....The only thing I can access is a confirmation that I am enrolled, not the actual service.

    Recommend that the developers invest in some real UX designers to improve the apps operability.

  • Such a horribly designed app.

    I set up a COVID test back in December through the app and it was just fine. I had to get tested again in January and this app made it such a pain to set another one up. There's no obvious link or section in the app to do so. I finally found how I was able to by clicking through my old appointment under My Events?? Why is that the only access point to making another appointment?

  • No “Go back” button?

    To be honest this is my first time using this app. Happened to be unemployed and needed to apply for UB and my state switched weekly claim to Gov2Go. So what’s funny with this app. My first surprise was there’s no go back button once you navigate to any other pages, really? 😆 so I have to close the app and come back every time I need to go to diff places? I don’t think it will work for weekly claims. QA testers hellooo, test it properly...

  • Little clunky but works once you get it

    The feel is off at times and I can’t seem to always see what I want at a quick glance. It should also be location based. Don’t care about what Colorado is doing when I am in Carolina. 😀

    Just show me what services that are available to me. #LBS
  • Worst App

    Gov2Go was working perfectly fine for me up till recently. I haven’t been getting any new messages, and I contacted them, and they still didn’t help me understand why I haven’t been getting any important updates about PUA, but other people I know are still getting important updates. I have no clue what else to do, they’re terrible at answering questions.

  • Ridiculous

    This app is now supposed to be used to submit UI claims but there isn’t even a space for that! I do t see any tab for filing weekly claims. The VEC hasn’t even contacted me about my claim from Dec 9! When calling the number it says my claim can’t be processed due to an outstanding matter but they haven’t sent any correspondence to correct said matter! I keep filing my weekly claim and yet you e switched to this app which doesn’t tell you anything about anything!

  • App functionality

    It’s like the new app is going out of its way to discourage someone from booking the Covid-19 testing. If something isn’t broke why try to fix it? I’ve been having the hardest time trying to locate how I can book an appointment and I still can’t find it. I ask the chat and it’s telling me if I missed my appointment book another one. I try to word it differently but I continue to get the same answer. This is annoying and quite frankly an unnecessary update change.
