  • Terrible communication do not recommend

    When cancelling get timey it did not work two months consecutive I was charged. When contacting timey I got ignored numerous times, when they finally got back to me, refused to cancel my account when I said I have tried they said was my responsibility to which I had two twice previous, and refused a refund for the two months I hadn’t used the app. Rude and unhelpful responses.

  • Logs me out.

    Constantly logs me out even though I used it an hour ago. Fix it.
  • Don’t bother if multiple people need access

    Generally it is a good app. However, I would not recommend it for people where multiple people need to use it. The app constantly logs you out even when you’ve been logged in less than 24 hours. It shouldn’t be a problem, but due to having an accounting system linked you need to get a text code to log back. This is no trouble for single use, but when multiple people need access and aren’t with the person who’s number is linked, it’s a pain. It has to be a mobile number unfortunately. If an email address could be used or the device could be remembered for so many days it wouldn’t be as much as a problem

  • Great and always improving

    Excellent app. Easy to use always updating. Latest terminal payment sync with the system is a game changer.
  • Full features not available to US customers

    They’re based in the UK.
    They do not offer all of the features to US customers.
  • Cold calling nuisance

    I was quite keen on this app until I was called by the sales rep multiple times. Unsolicited calling is not appropriate. It put me off your business it’s not a good marketing strategy. Emailing beforehand to ask if it’s ok to call would be polite.
  • Frequent log ins

    The iPad version of the app needs me to log in every few days but the iPhone version never has this problem. Very strange don’t you think? Please fix it.
  • Bug to be fixed

    Great app but since 2 weeks there is a bug in taking cash payment showing change given to clients pending in a screen .
  • Push Notifications don’t appear

    The app is amazing however, I cannot seem to receive push notifications whilst I’m out of the app and it’s quite frustrating because I don’t know whether my clients are messaging me until I go into the app.
    I’ve tried on my iPad and iPhone and made sure my notification settings were on for everything.

  • Not optimised for mobile businesses

    With the online booking it assumes the customers address is the booking address and selects it for booking address in reminder notifications. For several years I’ve been informed this is being sorted.
    All it needs is instead of “ADDRESS” which customers assume to be home address, “APPOINTMENT ADDRESS “ or the ability for businesses to select the type of address required.
    I accept I’m not the target industry but this is important to any mobile business.
