  • Basics okay

    Does the basic functionality but would love more reporting and management functionality through app so I can check when away
  • Avoid at all cost

    Multiple times I have had issues with this system ranging from me and my staff not having access to the calendar to book appointments, clients not being able to make appointments due to Facebook/IG book buttons stop working, and not being able to take payments through card readers such as square because the system just won’t allow it. The customer service has been some of the worst I have experienced and even though I have lost revenue due to the software failing me time and time again not once have I been offered even a free month on my subscription (in fact I was even denied when I asked for one)

    Save yourself the headache and your money. And go with someone else

  • Poor customer service

    You need to work on customer relations. Called as I had an issue only to receive an email in return even though I left me details and had been waiting to speak with someone.

  • Great but can be better

    The number one thing I find annoying about the timely app is that the calendar view can only display 3 days at a time even on iPad. Would be much better if there was an option to show all 7 days or at least an option to zoom out and display more hours on the screen rather than only seeing 6hrs. (My services are usually 2-4 hrs long so I’d like to see a visual of my whole day rather than just seeing one or two services).

    I usually have my timely in sync with my Google calendar too, but bc it takes hours to sync up its kinda just more convenient to see a full view of my day in the timely app than having to use a third party app.

    Otherwise it’s a great app. I do find it easier to edit & add new appointments on my phone and iPad than on a desktop.

  • Booking software VERY DATED

    For the online booking it is very dated.
    My customers made comments about it often and it was very embarrassing.
    We loved the app but needed the online booking section to be more updated and because of that we looked elsewhere. For the amount of money they charge their customers deserve a better and updated platform.

  • Latest app missing previous feature

    Latest app version can’t go to desktop view - annoying when wanting to look at reports or stock etc

    We had to make this change to comply with a new policy introduced by Apple. You can still access Timely on the web using your iOS device(s) but will need to open the Timely web app manually within a web browser on that device. You may even wish to add this site to the Home screen of your iPad/iPhone by following the instructions outlined in the final section of the guide below. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone/iph42ab2f3a7/ios

  • Been incredible over the last 4 years

    We have used timely for 4 years. From a small home salon to a commercial salon with multiple employee’s, timely never lets us down. Our main use of the software is via a MacBook however we have it on our iPads located throughout the salon and also use the app on our phones. They update very regularly and customer service is by far the best I’ve ever received. So impressed Timely, thanks for always nailing it!
