  • AMAZING

    I’ve been using Timely at my beauty salon for years, and we all love it. Constantly updated with great features.
  • Great app

    Great app and booking system. Can you please allow multiple uploads in one go when uploading photos from my phone instead of having to select them individually. I have to upload about 10 each time which is super time consuming instead being able to just tick them all and click upload.
  • Glichy integrations & inaccurate reports

    Save your money. It is a nightmare to pull an accurate report. Square integration is glichy, does not show paid appointments have to go back and reenter manually.
  • I absolutely love timely

    I’ve been using timely for 3 years and I am really happy with it. The software is complete as far as it goes to all the features that is required for booking and receiving payments. All the reports and clients profile are wonderful.
    Thank you and I will never go back as long as they keep it up and improving.

  • Needs two factor security

    I’ve been a Timely customer for 6 years and it’s been amazing. The system works like a well-oiled machine, support is excellent and the developers are always working hard improving the app. But there is still no two factor authentication. It’s a bit of a worry, considering the sensitive information that Timely is storing on behalf of my business and my customers. I hate the thought of my account being compromised and the lack of 2FA is a huge gaping hole in that safety net.

  • Terrible since last update

    We’ve used the system for ages and it’s always had small issues but been great nonetheless but after the last big update and colour change it’s like they’ve sold out.

    The phone app is horrendous, it’s glitchy, overlapping, keeps refreshing and have to double click or triple click now.

    We spoke to customer help and she was super lovely but just didn’t get it! On the computer these issues don’t exist but on all our companies many different phones it’s costing us time and money.

    We will wait for the next update but if it’s not resolved we’ll sadly move on.

  • What happened?

    Timely is a very good product but the latest update has removed the ability to see Activities so this really affects the usefulness badly when checking on customer bookings

    I’ve been using Timely for a couple years now. I haven’t had any problems. I can book appointments from the app on my phone or on my computer. It’s easy to reschedule an appointment. I like to keep notes on each client, so this allows me to do that. I love that I can add photos of clients as well. I highly recommend Timely!

  • Amazing platform, helps tremendously!

    I love it. The data collection and reports is what keeps my business booming. There are a few things I wish it could implement such as a fixed phone number format. I need to search a client using last 4 digits of a number but if a number is all in one line such as 6475506980 - it does not search the last 4 numbers. If they could change that so it sticks as one format such as 647-550-6980 - it would be off the walls amazing!
