I’ve tried over 20 scheduling apps they all do most of what Timely does, but just fall short with a few things like automated scheduling yes automated messages and texts get sent to clients when a booking is made, but apart from only 1 other app they don’t send automated client requests to book a service etc but they are very expensive. I am a mobile service provider so Timely is not just for salons if your mobile you can’t afford not to have Timely, anyway give it a go and bye the way the customer service is first class.Show lessMug a bug
Tons of potential....
I absolutely love Timely, but it’s missing some major features, like monthly view. As a photographer, it’s crucial for me to be able to view my monthly agenda, without having to open my computer or go on safari to do so.
I would love the option to require clients to enter a card on file in order to book services, as well as the option to charge their card, if they don’t show up or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
I stopped using this app 3 months ago and no big updates have realized since... I’ve been patiently waiting to come back.

Awesome
I chose timely a few years ago after trying out several other salon apps.
It was the best decision.
Easy to use and customise.
Gives reports so I don’t have to spend hours reviewing client/income data.
I wouldn’t use anything else .gkoi
Nice system to have
I have been using Timely for a long time now and would never change. The only thing that is a problem is that the app does not have notifications. I need to be notified if a client reply to my sms reminder. If I am not notified I miss the reply and this has caused issues before.Mumwithapps
