    I have been using this system for over 5 years! Amazing!!! Always up to date, asks opinions for new add ons. Love the fact it’s compatible with I phone, tablet and computer. Makes business really easy, reminders for customers, which I set 2 days prior. Hardly ever get a no show! Thank you x

    Bond Massage Therapy has used timely from the beginning and what a bunch of time, stress and worry Timely has saved me.

    It’s so easy, you have help at hand if you don’t quite get the set up.

    Do it you won’t go back.

    We did an extensive review of many, many products with an extensive criteria list. Timely ended up on top in features and usability. In fact, Timely was much, much more usable than all the other products we tested.

    We are very happy with Timely.
  • Just cancelled

    Since the beginning, ive had issues with the one hour block.
    If a client tries to book for a certain day and time, and they out in all their info, but decide to not book and not put down their deposit, it blocks that time slot for an hour.
    Causing your clients to think that appointment is taken.
    The feature says its to “save” that appointment for them for the next hour, but theres no way to go back ...
    I recently had someone purposely book a bunch of fake appointments and cancelled them all, every day, couple times a day.. causing ppl to not be able to book.
    So for that reason, and no way of being able to stop them, or remove that feature , i must look for another site.

    Timely was my favorite, but that one problem made it bad.

  • Please add notifications

    I’d love to see notifications on my iPhone for this app. When people respond using the SMS text feature, I’d like to know right away rather than periodically having to check my desktop computer.
  • Quit before I could even try

    So I tried to set up an account and couldn’t because it telling me my phone number was invalid. It’s a land line so I’m not sure how it’s now valid. I tried putting a 1,-, and () in it and still wouldn’t accept it. Sooooooo...... 🤷🏻‍♀️

  • I can’t create an account

    It won’t allow me to set up an account because I “don’t have a valid telephone number”. I use my cell phone, so it would be helpful to have this fixed. Thank you.
  • Has potential but I am starting to look for new option

    Overall I actually liked this program, and I have been using it it to run a busy Medispa for 2 years now. Unfortunately a few bugs that this program has is driving me nuts, to the point that I will probably look for a new software really soon.

    1. No Samsung Galaxy app. My estheticians that use Samsung galaxy are out of luck.

    2. When I painstakingly put customer customer info in, and there is a lot to remember, phone numbers, weird email addresses and difficult to spell names, the save button often disappears. My God, I just want to throw my phone against the wall. We are really busy, and if I have to retype customer’s info it sets me back a lot.

    3. When you try to send a text message to some customers, it doesn’t give you that option. You can’t just tap on customer’s number and send a message you can only copy their number. Some you can’t and some you can send a message. So weird, and annoying.

    4. I love “Rostered only” option of calendar display. However, if my scheduled esthetician gets sick and I get another esthetician to fill in, I can’t see her appointments on “rostered only” view. I have to carefully manage two treatment rooms and 8 estheticians and this bug has cost me business and customer frustration due to double booking. When I informed their technical support of this bug, they informed that “this is not a bug it is a a feature”, and she will rely to the management that I requested that “feature” and maybe they will consider it. What a load of bull..... the desktop version of “rostered only” calendar allows you to see everyone that is rostered to work that day, not only the ones that are scheduled.

    5. The lack of ability to message customers from the app I was able to overcome by placing “if you have any questions please text this number” because customers would reply directly to the automatic reminders and I would miss their texts, because the app doesn’t notify you if customer sends you a text.

    I think that $10 for 100 messages is really expensive considering that a customer gets a text message when he books, right before the appointment and every time I or the customer makes a change.

    6. No option to book directly from Instagram really hurts my marketing efforts.

    I love a lot of things about your app but if you don’t fix these things I will be looking for a new software.

    I have been using Timely for a year now and my life has never been easier! It is such a great solution for busy people, mobile workers, self employed etc! I love it ❤️ thank u!

Alternatives to Timely
