Slow
The app takes a long time to open links and tabs - it consistently buffers between selections. In a world where technology is everywhere, and improving all the time, this issue is a let down.
Not Happy
I did not receive an email or letter stating that my insurance was due for renewal. Now it is overdue but I did receive a letter today informing me of this.

Terrible app. Slow, clunky, dreadful. Look at your competitors apps perhaps.
Slowest App around
This is the slowest app I have ever come across. Sort it out! In order for me to want to use the app I have to make sure itβs during a time I have absolutely nothing better to do but to kill time! In the meantime life goes on around me.
Costs?
Have to dig into the app to find each policy doc and download each individually to figure out what i spend each year. Seems a bit obiously missing.

Can not find what I need and takes ages to load
The document is not clear as to what I can claim for and documents take ages to load
Communication
Over the recent months I have needed to update my insurance sadly had to make 2 insurance claims and I have been extremely delighted with the assistance I have had and the prompt action taken on the claims communication has been exceptional. Well done AMI

Worst insurance company - moving all my policies
I had 3 policies with ami, years later when i had need for claim they accept ed my claim and got all documents and told me i would recieve money in my bank account in 3 business days. Weeks later nothing shows up in my account. When i called them they told me they should not have accepted the claim and damage to content being in transit.
You think they have your back but they will spit out some technical jargon and decline the claim.
I will take my business else where.
