I can not download the new app, because I don’t have and can’t afford a ios13.
Seperate itemised amounts, for each insurance cover, is a necessity, so we can check each cover, but for goodness sake please give a full total page, so those of us that like to pay once a year have a clear “Full” Payment amount and can pay all in one payment with a personal customer number

Useless
Clearly AMI have not invested much time or money into their app. As with other reviews, it only redirects you to their website.
The website payment options are a shambles also. You cannot even view your policy’s and pay these direct. You have to copy and paste your policy numbers in order to pay these. If you have multiple policy’s with them you have to do these every time, entering your credit card payments details in each time.

Not really an app
This isn't really an app as it doesn't do anything except tell you to ring or to visit the website. Isn't the point of an app to make it easier? It could have had the functionality (like forms and drop downs) to get that quote or do that claim - but no. Really disappointed and deleted it minutes after downloading.
(Oh and the offers aren't anywhere near as good as the old app either)
