Trying to find my monthly payments as listed in my policy document such a painful process can’t you add a link . Downloading documents very clunky

Have paid using app but didn’t say it was processing, money out of account, no confirmation email, no update on app.

How the hell do you cancel a policy. AMI is pretty quick to sign you up. But this great app just doesn’t cut it when you want to call it quits.

Updated app
The updated app is useless, the loading times are well below par compared to what the used to be, can we get some optimisation sorted on this?
Refreshed
The new refreshed app works great. Much more pleasant experience compared to the older version which was outdated for a while. Looking forward to seeing more updates or refinements that come through!
