By far the easiest banking app
I love this app from the multiple sign in methods i.e pin, password ,face. Verification. to the helpful menu options that allow you to almost do anything you need on the app

doesnt work 80% of the time, i dont wanna have to close the app 5 times for it to load correctly

My debit card won’t even show up on the card management tab so I can’t use this app to turn my card on and off like other apps to help manage spending

Bank is good app could be better i almost crashed out when I looked and my rent payment disappeared almost lost my mind but later it showed back up app needs work but A+ federal credit union by its self is a good bank couldn’t be any better love them.

The mobile app is easy to navigate, you can access your account balances, make transfers and deposit checks instantly. I like banking with APlus they really take interest in their customers.

The best federal credit union around
My husband an I have been with A+ for over 25yrs at our branch in round rock, they have always been very friendly and helpful. And also the manager is Great, they treat you like family, I highly recommended. my husband is gone now, but I am still a member and still recommend. A. Lee

Good app
The site offers many good features and is pretty user friendly. There are some irritating features such the difficulty of keeping only some accounts visible on the main page. I am also on some shared accounts that I do not want to have show up because I don’t use them. I’ve gone to my branch, had help removing them from my homepage, only to have them show up again. I was also frustrated to learn that you can’t do a member to member transfer during times the institution is not open such as Saturday night or all day Sunday. I couldn’t find it anywhere that it told me that, so again I used my branch to help with that type of issue.
On an extremely positive note, I live less than a mile from my branch, and everyone who works there is extremely helpful and courteous, as well as friendly and welcoming. Having used traditional banking facilities in institutions for decades, my last 15 years with A+ has been a wonderful experience!

The Bill pay part that worked for years broke and despite several calls, is only partially fixed. The dashboard showing bill pay activity shows transactions from 2020. Poor support and follow up.
